The room was great! I loved the kitchen area, the bed was so comfortable. The shower head was very relaxing, it felt like home.

I don't like the fact that any of the Hotels take an extra 100 dollars from you. I think that's too much. That's the reason I don't like staying in hotels. I usually get an Airbnb or a room in a guest house. They take your $100 and then you have to wait 4 or 5 weeks for them to give it back. Makes no sense to me. It should be given back immediately when you check out.

Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was good. Size of room was decent.

Furnishings were dated and a bit shabby but clean. Sheets also scratchy. Kitchen was fully socked. Hotel has an awful smell. Very thin walls. Must keep curtains closed b/c room face parking so the rooms are very dark. Carpets could use cleaning and WiFi limited.

I liked that the rooms came with a full kitchen which allowed me to cook the four days we had to be there instead of buying food everyday. The room size was a nice size it was a two bedroom suite.

Only thing I didn’t like was there were ants on the counter by the sink the first day we arrived and we killed two roaches between the bathroom area and living room area. This was on the very first day.

The breakfast was excellent. Especially the eggs, orange juice, and bagels.

seemed dingy/dark through the hallway, I was comfy, I don’t how to explain the hall was just long, no light, and seemed like at any point someone was going to scare me.

The room was Clean and Comfortable. Location was great.

The smoke alarm went off in our room while frying bacon and no one called or came to check if everything was OK. Luckily, it was only smoke nothing was on fire.

I like the way it is set up and how comfortable the rooms are.

The staff wasn’t warm or welcoming. Well the front desk staff. Custodians and engineers were very nice and extremely helpful. Front desk staff was not.

i did not like the person at the desk. she was not very helpful nor was the manager. not very caring of trying to make the most positive experiences for guests.

Staff was great and the free breakfast was excellent every day. The lady who was over the breakfast was very friendly and kept the place clean and well stocked! Great way to start the morning I will be coming back next time I’m in Miami.

With this pandemic going on, suite was spotless, everything seemed nice and clean. All staff wearing masks at all times. I would have no doubt to stay here again

There was nothing about this place I didn't like. Oh, I could never get internet and folks that handle those issues were not the greatest and had no patience. I just did without.
