Breakfast was fine, especially the fresh navel oranges. The variety of the eggs and sausages the two mornings I ate there was welcomed. 24 hour coffee is great to have. The room was big enough for me. Having a window that overlooked the marsh was the best, because of the large flock of sandhill cranes that populates the east-facing marsh, the birds home. I was mesmerized by the view and talked to other guests who felt the same.

Are we still talking about breakfast? I have nother bad to say about it, except I think the hotel goes a little over the top with its descriptions of what is actually pretty standard breakfast fare in hotels I've stayed inis , without the food and drink options that others provide. I'm thinking Marriott Springhill Suites, where we've stayed a lot over the years. My wife was not with me but cringed when I told her about the way the bathroom soaps and lotions are presented. She still has a healthy fear of COVID, as do I, and thinks having the tubular dispensers is an invitation to picking up the virus unless the housekeeping staff makes a special effort to sanitize them after every guest. I speculate that they do that, but she does not trust that is the case.

It was nice and front desk very friendly. The only issues I had were in the room. The room had dings and scuffs in the walls. There was areas in the room that were not cleaned like behind the bed had a significant amount of debris. The restroom wall had what seemed like some fluid splattered on it. There was also no conditioner. I called front desk and was told to come down stairs and get a bottle of conditioner. The bed was hard and it sinked in. Woke up with back pain.

I love the modern decor throughout the hotel. The bed was SO comfortable, I almost didn't get to my event on time. AND THUMBS-UP for the morning breakfast! It's a great place to stay when you are in the area for business.

I didn't like that the floors weren't carpeted. That gives it a much warmer feel .I understand the reasoning for sanitary floors after dogs may have been there . That's my only complaint.

I think as more of a convenience eventually providing microwaves in all of your rooms. Other than that I loved the hotel with it be in my first visit and I'm definitely coming back and the staff were excellent.

I loved everything the ambiance the room I just wish that it had its own microwave and I didn't have to travel downstairs every time I wanted to reheat something.

As soon as I walked in, the music playing over the speakers had me dancing while waiting in line. Front lobby and room smelled nice and the Breakfast was awesome. That fancy pancake maker was my fav 😁. Will definitely add Tru as one of my hotel favs.

There were a few strangling hairs on the towels and in the shower that DEFINITELY did not belong to me.

everything!! staff was great they helped with extending us another day! the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and showers are warm! Breakfast was nice and hot and different each morning. they also have a water bottle fill up which is awesome, it was a great hotel and a great price!

no washer/dryer

Very modern, shines with cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. I slept thru breakfast. My husband said it was good. Staff were very and smiled. Cost was very reasonable for the area & hotel.

Cannot think of 1 thing that I did not like.

Location, cleanliness

There was a water problem and they limited us to a couple bottles a day, at 300 a night there should have been cases of water available to guests, that’s horrible management

Breakfast was good, Room design nice and contemporary, hotel in a good location close to restaurants and stores.

Didn't have an onsite laundry, had to travel offsite to do laundry

Liked the breakfast bar and the coffee that was available anytime. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was very clean and modern.

Carts for bringing luggage in more available.
