Large TV. Best ever in a hotel. Comfortable mattress/bed. Clean room.

The location being waterfront and having a restaurant on property was a bonus. Great views and centrally located to all our needs. The staff was excellent.

The room A/C did not work well but not that big of a problem.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff and reception. Everything was in good order with supplies topped up daily. Good and up to scratch hotel with good staff service. Rooms on the road side must be well sound insulated as the road was not a noise problem at all.

Breakfast room was undergoing refurbishment so much of it not usable - but no issue as not busy. Bar was very rowdy and loud the first night. No elevator so have to lug your bags up to the 1st floor. Not a problem for us but could be if you're not capable.

Beautiful the marina sitting was beautiful.

You need to invest in some beds I could not sleep. You also need to have a chair in the room for women who want to put on makeup and sit down , the mirror at the sink needs to be lowered so that a person as I am kind of short could be able to see. Also in your advertisement you show Adirondack chairs out by the water and they were none all there was was a picnic table. Other than that or stay was great we would come back again if it had a better bed.

The front desk staff, Shana and Alicia, and Candy and Kay. *I* asked them for their names to recognize their excellent service. I can't wait to come back again. I had to change rooms b/c of a lock problem (it being FL=damp). They were fast, efficient, and polite. There were unruly guests whom were immediately dealt with by Alicia and Shana. I was a bit frantic when the lock problem happened again, and Candy and Kay were very kind and helped me immediately. Thank you, this kind of service is appreciated.

Nicely decorated room with comfy king bed and the largest flat screen TV ever in a room! Private patio was so nice for watching the sunset with a cocktail or a cup of Joe relaxing by dock! Hot breakfast every morning. Heated pool with bar and grill close by for cocktails by the pool! We both had relaxing and wonderful time here!

Construction was going on near the bar and dock all week except Sunday.

Everything about my stay was phenomenal. I reached out to the hotel before I arrived for an early check-in due to having back pain, which was granted upon arrival. Day two, I asked for a change of room since I had done surgery and was unable to climb the stairs, which went very smoothly even though I kept the housekeeping girls from doing their work. Next, the manager saw me in pain, felt helpless, and did the only thing he could've ......offered me a bottle of water; it was his gesture that got me. The staff were really nice to me; one of the housekeeping girls noticed I was in pain one morning and assisted me at breakfast. It was a great stay. I can't say I was ever this satisfied before, and I am one to have many hotel stays (From 2 stars to 5 stars hotel) and very often. I am always traveling. Keep up the good work, guys.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was better than others and loved that it was next to the Bay and marina, the airport and right in the middle of siesta key and Bradenton beach.

The a/c was horrible!!! I had to turn it down to 60 so it would cool the room. We woke up sweating every nignt cause it was so hot in our room . I didn't like that they put us far away from the pool when I asked prior to checking in to be by the pool... So because of that we never did get to use it. The restaurant with super expensive and the waiter came back and asked my husband for more money because he said he didn't tip him enough.... How rude!?

The staff is great. The rooms need some updates. The fitness center was closed for remodel (I think) so that part was a disappointment. Our AC was not cooling well, but the AC person fixed it quickly and was excellent. His name was Ray. All the staff was fantastic. I think some rooms more updated, so maybe working on that. A great location.

Disappointed about the fitness center closed. All else good. I am sure the fitness center will be completed soon.

Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable, grounds well maintained. on site restaurant and bar with great food and staff.

This was my 4th stay here in about as many months on business. Needed to extend my 3 nights to a 4th. Due to some soccer event?? the charges for the extra night would have exceed my cost for the 3 nights. I understand basic capitalism but I feel a little compromise should have been offered. I will continue to use this location in the future but I felt the need to vent my frustration about this inconvenience with the hope some sort of courtesy might be extended in these situations.
