Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota-Bradenton Airport

Stayed there during storm Ian. They outdid themselves to ensure all storm evacuees were safe and comfortable. Rick at the front desk, along with several other superstars, truly made every effort to make the experience stress-free. Even managed to serve hot food every day!! we will definitely head here again - plus have guests stay here — in the future!

The entire facility was absolutely spotless and clean and the staff was absolutely professional. I had a wonderful time with my girlfriend and I will definitely be back

Basically, I like everything during the stay. Friendly front desk, clean room and they have instant noodle in their shop!

Hope the breakfast can serve later, I wanna try but when I go to the Lobby, the kitchen is cleaning everything...

There was an issue with the computer, so we could not check in when we arrived a few hours early. They offered to take us by shuttle to the downtown area, so we could walk around the marina and grab some coffee. That was nice.

They were out of sanitizer at all of the dispensers. There was shrimp and fries on the floor of the elevator and we got in at 4 AM this morning. There were only two of us seated at tables in the restaurant last night for dinner, but it took a half hour for them to prepare my flatbread. The pillows are awful and squished to absolutely nothing.

great location quiet front desk staff lovely room was clean no mold or bad paint etc. spacious for a king. neutragenia toiletries

the tv had great channels etc. however the picture was not as clear as updated TV. this is more of an observation not a complaint

The pool was closed and we couldn’t night swim. That was a little sad.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating as well. I needed to cut my stay short by one day and the front desk person took care of it immediately without any issues or penalties.

The only thing I feel could have been better would have been to have room service/hot continental breakfast available but not really a big deal as we spent a lot of time out/away from the hotel.

The maid service came and knocked on the door at 7:30 a.m. and even opened the door. From that point on until 10:30 they came three more times. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. My boyfriend left the room twice to take things to the car and they stopped him to see if we were leaving.

it was very clean and the staff were friendly

our toilet in room 104 ran over once and was not right after and it kept wanting to over flow but the staff gave us a plunger to leave in the room

Close to airport. Nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking.

Price high for what you get. Bar tiny. No waitress on the night of our trip. Stains on the rug in the room. Calking pealing away from the sink. Some rust on the door casing.
