Sea Breeze Manor Inn felt like the place to be when pulling up. Walking through the door recharged me, starting with the great welcome and relaxing vibes. The Barbados Suite was spacious and clean. The private balcony connecting to the courtyard was the perfect place to work from home not at home. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this spot to relax. It's across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Great find and value.

Slow draining sink was my only issue. That's not even a big deal if you run the water slower.

The rooms, The view, the food and most of all the staff. Everything about this place is fantastic. I could go on for days of just how amazing this place was but I'm worried that I'll never be able to book another room there again because once everyone else finds out how amazing this place is it will be permanently booked. The staff are so great that I thought about asking for application for employment just to be able to hang out with them more. It really is an amazing place.

I've absolutely no complaints about my stay at the Sea breeze inn. The only issue that I could possibly have is the fact that no more rooms were available through the weekend and I couldn't extend my stay.

This a a gem of and Inn. It was the quietest lodging we have ever been in with lots of charm. We had very spacious accommodations that were immaculate. There are only 7 rooms and everyone was delightful to interact with. Gulfport is a funky little town with two main streets and quite a few restaurants. Our two favorites were Pia's and Stellas. The inn is directly across the street from Boca Ciega Bay and our room had a nice bay view. It is a small beach that is not crowed at all. We made this trip to celebrate our 56th Anniversary and wanted to just chill out on the beach, relax and read.

We were only there for 3 nights and would have liked to be there longer.

Location was wonderful just across the street from Gulfport Beach. We were in walking distance to several restaurants including the restaurant on site which was just outside our room door. This inn has a lot of retro charm and you are free to sit in the courtyard And enjoy the ambiance of laid back beach life. First class bedding and linens!

The tv was a bit of a puzzle. Not everyone is familiar with a roku system. Some direction might be helpful.

Location was great and I loved our rooms. Having a second washroom in the Aruba was a bonus. The location was close to everything that we wanted to see and do. Having coffee, tea and water available was great too!

Our room had a sunroom with access onto the porch, but as the porch is part of the cafe restaurant, we really couldn't use that door much as there was a chair right there. So basically there was no privacy at all outside. Even the courtyard area is a shared space with the restaurant. No place to go for us in that room. We did have a rain storm and leak in the room. I think that it has been going on for a long time and is seeping into the frame over the bathtub. Needs a little fixing and refreshing.

The location is great. You can walk or door dash literally anything. The staff was great and easy access to the cottage in the back. There was enough space for our kids blow up bed too.

The cottage had quite a few cosmetic issues. There was a stain on the sliding barn door (entry to the bathroom), the bathtub and shower drain appeared to either be rusting or contained lime build up. .

Our room was lovely - more like a cottage with a semi-private outdoor seating patio. Very pretty grounds on the interior courtyard, well kept and clean indoors and out. Staff were very pleasant. On-site restaurant was good. Beach and town are a short walk away so we didn't need to drive anywhere. Beach was really nice too.

Noisy air-conditioning. While it worked, we had to turn it off at night to sleep but there are no windows that be can opened to get some air circulation. By half way through the night, the room was stuffy, even with the ceiling fan going.

Cozy and close to restaurants. Felt safe and loved the town.100 year old home w old Florida charm.

Our room was hot we had to go buy a fan. Shower head was plastic and broke when hubby adjusted it. Was not advised restaurant at inn was closed but other options near by.

Everything was in good condition and very clean. We were immediately welcomed by staff and assisted to our rooms with our bags at their insistence. It was wonderful being treated so well by everyone there. The room was spacious with a beautiful garden view from the balcony, which even had a bistro table and love seat. We can’t wait to go back to this gem of a place. The food was also delicious and they had a 24 hour coffee and tea bar with spring water available, as well.

Only that we had to depart after a beautiful weekend experience.

If, like me, you wonder where the catch is - I don't think there are any! The rating is to be interpreted with respect to the price paid, but overall a good experience: the breakfast was good, the staff extremely nice, and the room was clean. Don't expect the Mariott, the house is a bit old but otherwise, nothing to complain about! The location is excellent - you can walk to restaurants, and it's a 15min drive to Saint Pete beach (worth it to be in a less touristy neighborhood in my opinion). The room is large, and the bathroom too. There is a nice garden as well!

The cleaning products left a weird smell when we came in, which gave a bit of an odd feeling, but after ventilating the room, it was fine. Some dirt (?) came out of the bathtub drain when trying to run a bath, but the rest of the bathroom was clean.
