Location. Amenities. Many pools/restaurants/bars.

Employees could have been nicer, more concerned with service. Many times we stood there waiting while they finished chatting amongst themselves - at the desk and in restaurants and bars.

The location of the resort was great It was in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and groceries. The resort was right on the beach. I have to stay where I can grab a drink at the pool bar, hang out in pool, and walk out to beach. This resort was it. I loved that they had the pool towels to use, along with comfortable cabanas. I would stay here again.

The pool closest to the beach, near the bar was small. This is the popular pool, and it needs to be larger to accommodate adults and kids.

Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were wonderful and friendly. In particular Rachel the bartender and Denise from breakfast and lunch at the poolside grill. Family friendly resort with nice rooms around pool area. Choices to eat were in walking distance.

Rooms could use an update. I booked what I thought was a newly renovated room but it wasn’t. They were clean and the mattress was very comfortable as well as the couch in the sitting room.

that I had to change phones since the phone did not work, and was put in a pool gulf room when I requested a full gulf view. the coffe pot di not work, I had to call for room to be cleaned. it was extremely noisey because i was put on the 2nd floor over the pool, and the pool to my entrance was loud as well until it closed , and the bar closed at midnight.

The property had great beach access. Our room was very spacious and included a kitchenette, refrigerator and balcony.

The property was a bit difficult to navigate because there were several buildings and limited signage. Also, we could not invite guests to visit us at the hotel due to the limited number parking spaces. Also, the shampoo and soap dispensers were mostly empty and difficult to use.

A few things in the room. They needed an extra rack in the bathroom. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were horrible. I couldn't squeeze anything out. It was so hard. My husband had to do it, and he even had trouble with it. They need to go back to having samples of soap and shampoo or get the automatic dispensors.

I loved that you can go to the other TW and utilize the pools and different amenities and the location was perfect and on the beach. the different actives was great to like making s’mores and all the actives they have for the kids.

I didn’t like that the upstairs bathroom kept leaking into my bathroom.

Love the location! beautiful beach! Beautiful sand! so much to do!

The property is showing it’s age a bit. Upon arrival, we were told they were “finishing up our room” and they would be bringing my son a sensory bag as he was overwhelmed. We sat in the lobby over an hour as family after family were handed keys and we were ignored. No sensory bag came.

Cabanas, the big slide, wall hook game, tiki bars, the beach, heated pools, hammocks, suite with view of the sunset, kitchenette, table top fire pits, free beach toys for the kids, Rumfish Grill, the resort shop, wifi worked very well for 4 devices.

Construction. Couldn't get a reservation at Rumfish Grill main dining room. Our door didn't close properly. Toilet had a leak and kept running. Putt putt golf could be better.

The bathroom definitely needs some attention. And the a/c didn't cool the bedroom very well at all. The living and kitchen areas cold as ice
