Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham - Lady Lake/ The Villages

As usual, we liked this years stay. they have made several improvements. we have stayed here about 10 times over the years and will return in the future. a fair price for a good stay. that sums it up. the general manager checked with us to make sure we were happy, and we were. he is very professional to deal with.

one of the breakfast ladies was much better at keeping coffee/breakfast rolls stocked than others were. this place has a lot of coffee drinkers every morning and if they are not constantly brewing coffee they can fall behind. the pancake machine is a nice addition and their sweet rolls are decent quality.

I went to the Leesburg area to attend a motorcycle fest that was supposed to be three days but wound up being one. This was not the fault the Microtel Inn. I arrived shortly after three and was in my room within minuets. The staff were very pleasant and the check in was very efficient. My room was pretty small but I wasn't intending to sit in my room all day. The room was very clean and had all of the small convivences such as soap, shampoo, microwave coffee maker and small fridge. The property did have a nice pool. Breakfast was the standard continental with coffee, bagels, yogurt, cereals and a small pancake maker. All and all the place was very acceptable.

The breakfast could have been better. The road outside was being redone and difficult for motorcyclist....again, this is not the hotels fault. The hotel was kind of pricey for a night but that was because they were expecting alot more people attending the Leesburg bike fest.

Clean and comfortable. Bed had 2 pillows per person instead of the customary 1 per person. Breakfast in the morning had variety (eggs, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereals, breads, juice, coffee).

Please switch from stationary showerheads to hosed showerheads. It's more practical for cleaning the bathtub and makes showering for some guests with movement restrictions easier.

The property was nice and our room was a great value.

The television had very limited stations and it was difficult to get it started. At the first attempt, my husband thought it was broken because all he could find was “snowy” images but he finally managed to get a couple stations to come in.

Staff at front desk are great ! Room was very clean and beds are super comfortable. Location is perfect for my business travel. I've stayed with you a few times and will definitely be back for business travel.

Pillows are too lofty for my bad neck. No problem......I'll just bring my own !

I specifically booked here because it came up in the search filter as PETS acceptable / pet friendly. When I checked in I was told there are no pets allowed and that their website was never updated when the policy changed. (apparently they know this? That needs to be fixed one way or the other! Smokers and pot smokers hanging out front

Place was nice and clean parking was great. Staff very nice and helpful.

City was working on roads made it hard to turn into hotel. We road bikes and it was slick from the sand pulling out or turning back in

The room was clean. the pool was warm. the staff was friendly. the breakfast was pretty good, not a lot of options but my kids enjoyed the pancakes every morning.

Our room did feel and smell a little musty at first but it is Florida, so didn't mind too much.

Good size room with fridge, microwave, and couch for a very reasonable price. Located just outside The Villages with very convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and the numerous activities going on in The Villages. The BBQ restaurant right next door is outstanding.

The air conditioning was a bit anemic. It kept the room moderately cool but it didn’t have the power to get the room very cool at night like I like it.

The facility was clean and our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fine with cereal, bagels, yougurt and muffins under the circumstances of covid. My recommendation is to add fresh fruit such as apples, oranges and bananas.

The pool was not heated so extremely cold for our taste.
