The proximity to Spanish Springs Square couldn’t be better. The parking was ample and the breakfast each morning was very good with eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fresh waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit juices and piping hot coffee and tea. The pool is average and there is a small gym available. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Friendly staff.

We go because of the location. It is one block from Spanish Spring Square with nightly entertainment every night from 5-9. They also have Acoustic trios from 11-2. Great place to lay back and enjoy good music and dancing. The breakfast is fantastic and the attendants are great. It also allows pets and I brought an German Shepard and English Bulldog and the manager gave them doggy treats. Great place to stay.

the hotel is welcoming and beautiful. Makes you feel at home soon as you walk in. check in went smoothly and we were able to check in early also for no fee which was nice. Traveling with kids and a infant we needed the extra room and this place was able to accommodate us. Would definitely book her again if we are in the area:)

This property has exceptional quality in all areas. The location was within walking distance of fun. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The room was immaculately clean and equipped with every need. The room was more like an apartment than a hotel. Wonderful stay!

The only thing I noticed was the pool jets were very weak circulating the water which made me think it wasn’t as clean as it should be.

The hotel was very convenient to Spanish Springs Square and was perfect for use of our bikes. The staff was very helpful and approachable. The room was all we needed and the laundry facilities were very clean.

One morning, the regular breakfast girl was not there and most everything was not refilled. even the plates and silverware were a problem. She was only gone one day, but it sure was noticeable!

The cleanliness of the property, the staff were every friendly and super polite. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time The breakfast was even great. No powered eggs, real cage free scrambled eggs, and they offered spinach quiche and Canadian bacon

Can’t say one thing that I disliked about the place

Breakfast quality was not good. It wasn't clear that there was a charge for the pet. Booking.com sent an email in response to my note that we'd have a pet saying there would be no fee. However, the there is a $100 non-refundable charge.

Clean, comfortable rooms. A very friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast options, of good quality. In a great location. Within walking distance to many great choices for dinner. Wonderful value for the amenities and the area.

roaches in my room I killed one in the kitchen area but woke to find one in bed with me. he escaped killing unfortunately.. he was too fast. asked staffers to spray for bugs guess they did.

Clean, comfortable, nice amenities, fantastic breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, nice pool, great location, beautiful view from our window, convenient free parking, reasonable price!
