Lovey room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. We had a lovely view of the beach. Great balcony. Nice clean and deep swimming pool -- you can actually swim in it. Comfortable sun lounge area. Older staff who looked after the towels were a bit odd to us at first. But we managed to work out their requirements in the end... Great breakfast with very friendly staff. And we had really great paella in the evening - a highlight.

Honestly cannot think of anything. It's pretty expensive for UK travellers, but that's a result of our awful currency. The many thunderstorms were a disappointment -- but the hotel couldn't do anything about that! Vero Beach is very quiet.

Beautiful location on the ocean front with free use of beach chairs included in the cost. Nice pool with attendant staff. We had a room giving a view of the pool and sea which also had a balcony.

The food menu for dinner was somewhat fussy and costly. However the town of Vero Beach is very nice and there are plenty of options to dine with the Lemon Tree being our favourite. Our big gripe and frustration just now is that despite the cost of the stay being taken from our card before our arrival the hotel insisted on taking the sun again plus $100 a day for incidentals. This is pending and we are assured that this will be resolved without the sum being taken twice. The hotel suggest that this is due to the “third party” which will be Booking.com. This has taken the shine off an otherwise relaxing and enjoyable stay. How about stepping in here Booking.com?

We loved the location and the amenities, including a delicious breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and it was easy to park close to the room. It was very close to the beach, with nice outdoor seating and pool area. The nice shops were just across the street, and the restaurant next door was wonderful.

The main thing we didn’t like was that our view was terrible. We had a room on the side which looked at the servicing area if the adjacent motel. It made it very unappealing to be on the balcony. Also, there was a shade but no sheer curtain so in order to have any light during the day we had to look at the unpleasant view. Even adding a sheer curtain for daytime use would improve the rooms on that side of the hotel. Otherwise, I would recommend to pay enough to have an ocean or pool view. Also, the chairs in the room were in it comfortable.

The location cannot be beat. The vibe is very South Beach and trendy. The rooms were well-accommodated.

The front desk was not responsive to our requests. We made multiple requests, both in person and through the app, for a blanket and for an additional luggage rack. Neither was ever delivered. In addition, we inquired about the resort fee being charged for the two days of hunkering down during hurricane Ian when no facilities were accessible. The response was that no one has asked about that. Additionally, we were not happy to hear barking and howling dogs in the room next door at all hours.

We enjoy the service at the beach and at the wave hotel. It’s a boutique hotel that offers a family and pet friendly environment.

Unfortunately, the TV was not receiving a signal during our first night stay in the front guess would offer no solution, while the TVs were working in the bar area, and in other rooms. The employee should be trained to provide customers a solution.

All of the above are superb! Caliber of both staff & surroundings are so pleasant. Food is amazing and care to detail.

Staff was friendly & super accommodating- from the Front desk, to the wait staff by the pool, to the towel and chair guys on the beach, to the bike rental, everyone! Room is modern - but cozy & warm, beds were comfortable although they are very low to the ground. Will definitely try to come back soon, this hotel is just enough to feel like you are being pampered without everyone being too uptight or the hotel being too big - it’s really just right in every way! Covid safety precautions a big plus!

No complaints overall!

The awesomeness of this hotel is their staff. Everyone is so courteous and helpful. Heather is the star. She has that “owner attention to detail” and is definitely one of the biggest assets of this place. The food is also great. Super portions and very fair prices for everything. You won’t think you are being ripped off for anything here. The beach cabanas are also cool. We had a great time. Small, cozy hotel with superb service and great food!

The beach has concrete blocks and there was no signs and no warnings. My husband bumped his leg on it and had a massive cut and bruise. It was scary.

Our stay was great. The rooms are spacious, totally clean and very nice decor. The staff by the pool was very welcoming. The staff and service at the beach was great. There are several good restaurants nearby as well as unique stores.. The restaurant offers great food for breakfast and dinner. The ambiance by the pool was nice tool.

The staff missed the welcoming champagne. Although the decor is nice, the furniture looks worn out, It needs refurbishing. You can see the liquid stains. And the restaurant is a bit too loud for a romantic dinner.

Location, the Cuban sandwich was excellent. We didn't know reservations were need for dinner but they were able to get us in and dinner was amazing.

Wife said bed was to soft and to low. Cuban sandwich and burgers not on menu but was always available but we were not told.
