Prestige Hotel Vero Beach

I love the location of this hotel. Right on the beach and very private. No too many people on the beach. The 2-bedroom apartment was great. I loved everything about it. It was very comfortable and clean. The pool is heated so that was a nice plus. I love the continental breakfast. The coffee is delicious. Many options.

My view was not great. Next time I will book an ocean view with a balcony but hoping not to break the bank for that unit. The parking is absolutely terrible. If you have a compact car, you may be ok but if your car is a little bigger than a compact car or you have a truck, you are in trouble. It is a very tight space. The hotel needs to do something about the parking. There is a barrier all around the pool which I think takes away from the view. Not sure why there are plastic barriers around the pool. Also, I wish the time in the pool on a Saturday was extended at least until 10:00 pm. I was kicked out of the pool at 9:00pm.

I liked the convenience of the location and the fact that we had a full kitchen. The free breakfast was what I'd expected and I don't fault them for the choices they offered. It's about as good as any lower star hotel is going to get.

I didn't like that the kitchen and beds had seen way better days. There were items for cooking and even trays for baking but we couldn't find any oven mitts. The shower was missing a door and water flooded out of the shower making it dangerous in a tiny bathroom. The strict rules and no space set aside for smokers was a real turn off especially when families and their kids were allowed to take over the pool area and be extremely disrespectful to other guests.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was good. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

My only dislike was that where the hotel fence finishes to the beach, there's a walk trail that could be built with concrete or something to make it easier.

Nice quiet location, close to the beach, clean comfortable rooms with kitchenette made things very easy. I would stay here again next time I'm in the area. Due to COVID, the rooms aren't cleaned every day, so we weren't bothered.

Pool should have been open until 10:00 at your own risk. Continental breakfast could have had more variety. I took a quick look and passed.

The location was superb and facilities were as described.

The location was great! The room was clean and big

I thought I had a balcony facing the ocean. I did not. I was on the first floor which is not my favorite. The look outside was that of a motel with the door opening right to the outside. The door was hard to open and hard to close. The parking is ridiculously tight! If you have anything other than a compact car you are in trouble. There was no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. I had to place my tooth paste and toothbrush along with other things on a table outside the bathroom.

We stayed in room 218, beachfront. LOVED the balcony and view! Although an older property, you could see that they tried to keep everything very clean and well kept. Our bathroom was newly remodeled. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable (extremely important). The courtyard was tidy and lovely. Five sets of beach loungers and umbrellas were set up every morning at 9:00 am which were perfect for us and a very close walk back to our room. The beach and sand were beautiful to walk on. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and I overheard them taking care of an issue by another guest immediately. Breakfast was a nice grab and go for those of us that wanted to get on the beach quickly. Parking was adequate and close. We didn’t have any problems getting a spot whenever we left the property. Loved the quiet of the complex.

We didn’t have hot water for either day. We showered the first day at 4:00 pm and the second at 10:00 am. It was tepid, at best. Our shower drain was slow so the water backed up into the basin by over an inch. The window AC cooled, but didn’t take any humidity out of the room.

The location along the coast was great. The beach itself is about 300’ from the hotel’s patio, making it an easy walk between the two. The outside facilities like beach and patio lounges and the pool were top notch and well maintained. The breakfast, while not a hot one, was very nicely supplied with all kinds of tasty breakfast foods. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They have a laundry room that until 4:00 PM, is used by the staff to clean towels, bedding and so forth. Between 4:00 and 8:00 PM the machines are available to the guests. That was great!

The rooms themselves were OK. Nothing special, but mostly comfortable.

Great views and we loved that the chairs/umbrellas were set out for us every day! We also liked the grab and go breakfast and easy access to extra towels, etc. The TV in the room was HUGE!!

We weren't sure how to the network stations on the TV. It appeared all that was offered was streaming services. When we asked at the office, we weren't able to get any help; however, we eventually were able to get live TV through one of our streaming options so it all worked out.

The location was perfect. Very clean loved the access to beach with chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was a nice surprise for us nothing special but good selection

Our room TV would not stay connected we asked to have it checked but maintenance person did not know what to do so my husband had to play with connections very 45 minutes or so to get back on. He told them it was the cable box. Hopefully they get it fit for next guest. Also very unhappy that pool was closed unable to use when we were there
