Hampton Inn Vero Beach Outlets

The breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, The eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crispy and the hot oatmeal was creamy, just the way I like it. I appreciate the fact that there were several types of pastries with accompanying spreads as some hotels just offer plain bagels, toast etc. with no spreads. The staff at this location were friendly and quick to address any questions/concerns that we had. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.

While our stay at this location was for the most part great, there are a few things that concerned me. I would have loved to have had a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers from dinner. I guess that I'm old school, but I prefer to have space to unpack and store my clothing. The metal pullout bins in the cabinet were okay, just not what my husband and I are accustomed to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Dion at check in. Dion made sure to give us a quiet room because we were in the area for a death in the family. He was very sensitive to our request. We were given bottles of water at check in and asked if we needed anything else. The rooms were very clean and nicely set up. The full size pillows were a plus bc most hotels are using cushions for pillows now. They suck. The breakfast was a great way to start our day. Fresh cut fruit, hot eggs and sausage, oatmeal, muffins and plenty of coffee, milk and juice. They also offer to go bags for those in a hurry. Nice touch. Everyone was exceptional and we will definitely be back when we come to Vero. Other than the tv situation, everything and everyone was GREAT.

Our tv kept losing connection. We reported it to the front desk. They said that it would be fixed in an hour and a half. It still didn't work right. The beds were too hard. Even though there was a mini fridge, and appreciate that, there was no microwave.

The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Staff was very nice.

I would have liked to have a microwave in the room. Also when making this reservation, I specifically asked for a room with a SHOWER as I am disabled and cannot get into a tub to use the shower. They did not honor this request, and thus I was unable to get a shower. I should have made the front desk aware of this as soon as I went into the room, BUT as I stated, I put this on the reservation for, so this should have been done without my having to bring it to their attention.

The staff and Nick the manager.. I will say the gentleman at the desk was amazing he had excellent customer service and changed me immediately. He came to the room to help me and offer me a snack. The staff is awesome and Nick the manager was great!!! Even though we had a few issues the staff made it all worth our trip. The were so accommodating to our ball team and parents. They are first class. I will stay again if we have another tournament just for the staff.

First, my Reservation was unable to be found and after 30m found in departure. Second, the first room was filthy. Trash, alcohol bottles, bed not changed or made, and bath room trashed. I will say the gentleman at the desk was amazing he had excellent customer service.

All the staff were very friendly especially Sabrina on the front desk who always had a smile. Fawn who made sure the breakfast was well stocked and everything was fresh. Melinda in housekeeping the room was immaculate and Bob the night auditor who answered our questions for us.

the pool was closed our whole trip!!! from Minnesota and all I wanted to do was sit by a pool and read a book… if I would have known I would of went else where!!! was so so so so disappointed!!!

The breakfast was delicious and hot. They staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful! It was a excellent overall stay.

There was not a good selection of TV stations. There was only basic. It would have been better if a little more was offer especially staying for a long period of time in the room.

I came to Vero Beach with my family for my sisters baby shower. I was so excited that I mistakenly chose this property, which is about 20 minutes away from my sisters house & the wrong room type when I booked. I was very apprehensive about staying here, due to what some locals had to say about the place & the other location was about 4-5 minutes from her house. BUT— I was VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERYTHING! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The property was exceptionally clean! They had a pretty large selection of breakfast items..there was something for everyone & they even had delicious smoothies 😋 The front desk agents, Matt & Bob, were VERY accommodating. They both went above & beyond for us. I needed 2 beds because it was my daughter(13 years old), my fiancé & myself. So, I was pretty annoyed to find that I booked a room with only 1 bed (we all can’t sleep comfortably in the same bed lol) Matt tried to get us into a different room, but couldn’t swap anything around..which is understandable seeing as I’m the one that chose the room & location when booked through the booking.com app. So they searched for a roll away bed & finally were able to find one just before we were getting ready for bed! Thank you guys so much for your amazing customer service & exceptional hospitality! I will most definitely be staying here again when I’m back in town! 😊

We have been traveling with baseball throughout Covid for the past 2 summers, and by far this staff was the BEST. They were excellent. We had the first real breakfast at a hotel in forever, it was clean and had great variety. I cannot say enough good things about this staff. Thank you for making our stay just that much better.

The rooms were a little small but really that was it.

Location was off the highway. There was a huge stain on carpet outside the door to room. Short staffed had to wait for someone to come to desk to check us in.
