Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cartersville, an IHG Hotel

the location was great front desk was great and the room was great comfortable and clean.

A lady by the name of Lorraine she worked downstairs in the breakfast area…she was very very rude..first I said excuse me Mam and she completely ignored me and turned away then I said excuse me Mam again will there be any more bacon coming out and she walked off from me then yelled not right now!!! at that point I didn’t even wanna eat there me and my fiancé and two other people left and went to the Waffle House this happened on 6/26/22

Cleanliness and ameneities at the hotel were great, everything was clean and new and met our expectations for our visit for a tournament. The washer and dryers were an added perk as there were 4 of each.

Price of the washer and dryers were quite a bit more than in other Holiday Inn Express we have used.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I stayed here for a baseball tournament. I checked out the pool and workout facilities which were well kept.

The price is pretty high. To be honest, I would probably choose a different location for a lesser price seeing how we did not spend too much time in the hotel.

No military discountff

Staff was not on duty at front desk,morning desk had no customer service skills,mens room down inlobby area door was dirty on the inside coming out of bathroom,all stations of hand sanitizer were empty,all items were brought to the attention of hotel staffs attention never fixed,there 2days

Literally cannot go wrong with a Holiday Inn Express. In our experience, it's always a reasonable price with clean rooms, great, free breakfast, in the morning and welcoming staff. It's usually our go-to when on the move. This one was not quite as nice as others we've stayed in but still a good stop on our road trip.

Breakfast could've been slightly better but there was only one girl to take care of the entire breakfast area. It's not her fault it was understaffed and probably not the establishments either. No one wants to work anymore.

We stayed for a basketball tournament and the staff was absolutely amazing. We had to leave a day early and they were MORE than flexible. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Everything was great!

Nice sized room, comfortable bed and bedding, very clean. Ample parking, room fridge and microwave are handy.

Pool closed (due to Covid? Other properties in the area had pools open). Request for late check out the night before, was told to call back in the morning. Next morning, denied. Because of no daily room served, had to track down cleaning cart to swap towels and trash out. Not that big of a deal since they were around.

Was good location. Facility was very clean and inviting. Rooms were spacious, clean, modern decor, comfy bed, beautiful shower, nice coffee, food service area, and unbelievably quiet. Will definitely check on Holiday Inn Express and Suites first for future trips. Exceded our expectations. Breakfast was good and had many different offerings. Only thing missing was the waffles.

Wasn't anything we would compain about.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cartersville is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. By far a favorite between the staff, the pool, the patio, and the rooms. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

The breakfast bar was exceptional.

I found a broken fingernail under my sheets. It scratched my leg. There were leftover plastic Easter eggs from a previous guest.
