Our car and other cars were damaged in your parking lot. We Asked employee to check cameras. We were told only the manager could check cameras and she would be in Sunday morning. By check out time the manager still wasn’t there. We left our number and we’re assured that she would call us and let us know if anything was seen on cameras because we needed that for the police report. The manager never called. We will probably choose a different hotel next year when we return. (We booked 5 rooms) because of the lack of customer concern and failure to follow through to help customers when damage happens on your property.

-was there in dec 2022 and Jan 2023 and now in April the lobby floor is still in pieces with yellow caution tape limiting the space for guests and posing a safety risk to guest. you have wonderful staff and not fair for the staff to have to defend the unusable area of their workplace. - the bkfst offering could be better -late night Noisy guests - floors above our room - running in halls slamming doors-

in Cartersville for work my family and my welding partner family came in town on different occasions and they made sure to put the rooms closer and was not bothered much seeing that we worked night shift.

nothing really besides one housekeeping getting mad that I told her we was not checking out. she got mad and started talking in Spanish not knowing my partner speaks Spanish. but everything else was great

Breakfast was a grab and go but good, had 2 rooms . My refrigerator. Stop working and they switched it out before coming back from dinner May be 1 hour and 1/2. Bathroom in other room light blew out told them in morning , came back 3 hours later and was fix . .

Only thing I could recommend is that their cable needs to be better some stations froze think it was a signal issue. Elevator. Floor needed fix was a trip hazard

The location was quiet and well maintained. The elevators were a bit dirty. But all in all it worked for us.

Breakfast was a disappointment. They are handing out a brown bag with two muffins and a granola bar, with a bottle of water. Several mornings they did not have any creamer at the coffee station. We checked with the front desk and they were out. Cream finally arrived on the last day. Once we got in the elevator and there was a housekeeping cart riding with no one attending to it.

I am truly Is happy to be a guest here At the microtel by Wyndham In Cartersville. Javi the general manager is amazing,. And miss Rita the Front desk supervisor It's so kind And knowledgeable. The microtel here in Cartersville Is truly the best, From their Staff to their amenities. They have certainly Exceeded my expectations.

Hotel is in great location. Easy to get around. Staff is wonderful, helpful. The beds are comfy Good hot water for showering.

The rooms need renovations and carpets need a very good cleaning and on places around , repairs too. The breakfast is only bagged muffin, granola bar and water.

everything was fantastic especially the front desk receptionist who showed extreme patience and care while checking in with my toddler screaming and crying from being exhausted

the smoke detector in our room (313) continued to beep throughout the night seeming to need batteries- I never called the desk because it was after 11PM by the time we checked in and got to the room and my child was sleeping

everything was great! local to where i needed to be and affordable

Room had a slight mildew smell, possibly from the carpet. The pictures showed a mini fridge, but there was not one in my room (even though I searched for what I needed.. the pics showed a fridge)

We asked for adjoining rooms since we booked two, and she got us those ones. The day shift manager was so nice!! Always a smile and welcoming.

The laundry. I was told third floor. Went there , then second and finally found it on fourth. Then I got to the front desk since the sign in the laundry room said ask for quarters. I asked for $5 in quarters. She got (night shift) got annoyed and said well we don’t even have that many quarters. She told me to go to quick trip and get them. Not really what I wanted to do after a 24 hour drive with four kids. Other than that though; it was a good stay.
