Econo Lodge Cartersville-Emerson Lake Point

It is clean and I like the location. The most impressive and the reason I keep coming back every year is the staff! Micheal was the best!!! I told all of my friends how great this was. I like to stay with the other parents but for the price and the service I will always come here. I felt safe and Micheal went above and beyond for everything!

I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Very clean and well maintained. This is an updated hotel mind you.. But they take great effort to make it nice. Breakfast was lacking fir us, muffins toast and cereal...but coffee was great. We usually eat a big breakfast. Our bed was very comfortable, pillows too. Just the right amount of water pressure in shower. (And exhaust fan in bathroom.) Again, this hotel has been remodeled, but they did a good job with what they had!

Manager was very nice and accommodating. He even asked how my son's baseball games went each day. The rooms were very clean. The maids changed the sheets daily and tidied the rooms. This is rare anymore. We would certainly stay again.

The wash machine was broken, so I couldn't clean my son's uniform but I am sure that they were getting it repaired. Things break. Most people wouldn't need that during a stay.

you can call it breakfast but it really was about as basic and tasteless as it could possibly be. the area was clean and looked nice but it was all simple processed carbs. I don’t mark down a hotel for a poor breakfast. the breakfast is irrelevant. I needed a clean, safe place to sleep, which it satisfied greatly, but the breakfast was disappointing.

Very close to what our plans were, room were very clean, but not a lot of room for sitting and talking with frieds we had 5 people in 2 rooms. Everone was very helpful and Friendly

Breakfast was not very good, very little choices, no coffee in our rooms and could not get it thought out the day, no joining rooms, and elderly had to climb steps to get to our rooms,

The bed was super comfy the room was super clean! All our request were met and check in was smooth. The man at the front desk was super friendly I enjoyed speaking with him. Will stay again.

THEY DO HAVE BREAKFAST. I didnt make it to eat but from what I seen bananas cereal muffins oj coffee . most places say they have breakfast and after checking in find out due to conovirus no breakfast. Which been a year time to change your posting. The room was clean even the filter to the ac was clean. My room I was able to open the window and had a screen on it n ok view.

Booked 2 nites decided to stay longer book on line cheaper but didnt want to pack up, check out, wait for check in. charged like $10 extra seems like would be cheaper since they dont have to completely clean room then was going to stay 4th nite but since it was friday rates jumped up like an extra $40 for the same room. No elevator smoking rooms on 3rd floor but being in the car I welcomed the little exercise.

Liked the walk in shower and shower head with good water pressure. Room easily accessible to vending machine and ice machine.

The room doors were all on inside so the car & luggage were not easily accessible. Couldn’t park car right outside room door and to disable persons with walking problems your current layout was stressful.

Love that the outside has been repainted and the inside lobby is getting some much needed upgrades. Its been a year since we stayed last and cant wait to see what else gets done!

Slight price increase but still affordable. After seeing the upgrades done I understand the increase.

I stopped here just for a nights stay during a road trip. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It got the job done for a quick place to sleep.

The beds were very tiny and I don't think it was worth the high price point.
