EVEN Hotel Alpharetta - Avalon Area, an IHG Hotel

Overall very pleased with this hotel and would recommend to others as well. Super clean. Loved the shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc in the bathroom. BONUS - workout equipment in a ROOM -- LOVED THAT!! The gym (which I didn't use and only looked at) had a lot of awesome equipment. Never have I ever been in a hotel gym that had a rower!! Bar area was very nice and a variety of snacks. Staff was super friendly and very down to earth.

Unfortunately was not able to take advantage of the onsite food service. The chef didn't show up either nite that I was there and when I went down for breakfast one day, there was no one eating or breakfast items available so I assumed no kitchen staff available. And my reservation price include breakfast.

Without a doubt the staff went above and beyond. Lauren made this a great experience for us. The rooms are amazingly clean. You have workout equipment right in your room too!

The building does need a little R&R. Found some loose screws and furniture, but nothing that took away from a great experience.

The exercise equipment in room. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly, everyone was pleasant and the lights in the room were nice. Having a family and needing to move around in the morning and not wake up the kids with the lights makes a huge difference. Across the street, there is a community in walking distance by the Regal that fosters and vibrant and fun nightlife, it’s a college like feel but instead of the hard partying it is a sit down chill vibe with beautiful landscape and family friendly atmosphere.

The room has a high humidity or for some reason would be hotter than the hallway or other areas of the building. Clammy is what I would describe it in one word. Also, the window footing on the 6th floor is unsafe near the elevator. I understand the reason why it becomes a problem yet I understand the fix needed and the safety liability it presents.

The location is perfect- Just 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the Avalon shopping center. Also, the hotel is new which means that all amenities are new and working. The bed was very comfortable, there were motivational quotes on the walls and fitness equipment like Yoga mat and fitness ball in the room, which was very thoughtful. The food was delicious and not expensive and the hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and not only for business purposes.

I didn’t have the breakfast here but it remains a great location and very comfortable hotel. Rooms are great size. Great location and highly comfortable.

It is a slap in the face that you now have to pay for parking. It’s much less welcoming knowing you are going to be nickel and dimed for parking especially when they tell you not to expect housekeeping if you stay longer than two nights. Plus if you don’t book on their website you don’t get the points??? Hospitality is changing…..

Made the decision to stay at this location because it was close to the hospital where my husband was having surgery. Room was very nice, clean,and comfortable. Had a walk in shower that made it easy for my husband the day after surgery. Hotel even had a wheelchair that we could use to get him to and from the room.

When choosing where to stay we used the filters through booking .com for breakfast included and for a microwave. When we chose Even Hotel it said breakfast included but it was not included. You had to pay at their restaurant. Did not have a microwave in the room. You had to go to main lobby to use the microwave. Had to go to another floor to get ice. Walked the entire hallway looking for machine and couldn't find. It was in the corner beside the elevator but there are no signs to direct you. Ice machine on one floor wasn't working after finally finding location.

The breakfast was nice. The young lady that checked me in was delightful. They were experiencing a technical difficulty; which happens, but she handled it beautifully escorting us to our room with wonderful conversation and a smile. I feel awful I cannot remember her name because I was so exhausted from my drive. My son also spilled his drink in the bed and the room attendant was amazing as well. She quickly exchanged the blankets, asked if we needed anything else and engaged in thoughtful conversation as well.
