Hyatt Place Atlanta Alpharetta North Point Mall

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, special shout out to Stacy - she helped with transferring our items to a different room after a minor hiccup with the one previously assigned. Hotel is in a great area and conveniently located within minutes of local restaurants, package store, gas stations, shopping stores, family fun attractions (main event, bowling), etc. breakfast was also really good throughout the weekend stay.

The hotel could use some renovations. One elevator was broken so wait times were a little longer than normal. Carpet in the room was a little dirty but that’s to be expected with carpeted hotel rooms. Recommend bringing house shoes/slippers when visiting. Other than that, all else was well.

the breakfast was really good with different selections to choose. the location was wonderful. Close to shopping and walking to destinations. the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Room was great! Plenty of room for me and my family.

The 2nd floor smelled like dogs. Was told it was designated pet friendly. Glad not to be on that floor. Even when staff clean it it still carries a terrible odor. Everyone does not like dogs and many children have allergies including mine. Glad we did not leave with asthma attacks.

The staff was very friendly towards our two doggos. The room was big and spacious enough for them to play a bit in. The bed, queen size, was comfortable and was able to fit all 4 of us. The room was very clean when we entered and breakfast was good.

Nothing really to complain about! Even if it was being renovated the noise level was done during the day time hours a little bit after breakfast.

The Staff were so friendly and helpful! The location was great if you are going to Ameris Amphitheater. Also the water pressure in the shower was outstanding!

The bathroom is terribly small. You can barely close the door. It's that tight. I also hate when hotels put the vanity and sink as part of the room vs. Part of the bathroom enclosure. Only the shower and toilet were behind a door. Would have been so much better if they moved the door in front of the sink and vanity.

Staff was very welcoming

The fact that an upscale place would only have one elevator in use and that one only had the power to push the up button. The fact that housekeeping didn't come in at any time during our stay. When I told them one of the springs popped out the couch they did nothing

Very convenient and close to all types of places. Very clean and welcoming!

They were doing construction right up front at the entrance which made getting in and out a little confusing but it wasn't terrible.

When I requested my room to be clean the second time. The housekeeper was amazing! They paid attention to detail.

On our first day there was beverages in the refrigerator that wasn't our. Also there was no trash bags in neither of the trash cans. I was traveling with 2 boys so we brought a gaming system with us. We we're not able to play it on the tv because the hdmi wasn't working.. we ended up buying a audio/video connector so they could play.When I ask to get my room cleaned the first time, the housekeeper didn't provide a bath rug to step out of the shower with. They also didn't give any new soap.

We loved the proximity from the hotel to concert venue.

Everything was great with the exception of being woken up at 09:00 am to consistent knocking. After opening the door we were asked what time we would be checking out. We did confirm with staff downstairs that this was not a common practice and that employee would be spoken to.

Breakfast was actually pretty lame. I understand COVID makes providing something enjoyable difficult, but even what was provided wasn’t that tasty (bagels, juice, etc.). I would suggest that as long as COVID protocols are being followed, why not increase the quality level of what food you do provide?

See my comments about breakfast. Please note, this was a minor issue to me. We did not choose this Hyatt for the breakfast. We choose it because it was pet friendly and it far exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered was very welcoming to our dog. The manager was especially gracious.

Breakfast could have been better. Add a waffle mix and waffle maker and individual yougurt cups( Yoplait, Activa, Chibani). Great location !
