Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta

Located about 40 mins from Atlanta. Wonderful continental breakfast so many different foods to choose from to eat. Very nice if you have picky eaters. The beds are super comfortable. The staff are so nice. The rooms are a very nice size for a family to spread out. We have 5 in our group and we liked having the extra room. The pool was a little cold at first but we warmed up to it after getting in.

In the shower it was a little dark after closing the curtain. Also the lamp in the room with the couch seemed dim. Wasn’t very bright like the lamp in the room with the beds. But it’s fine we managed.

very convenient location. Nice Breakfast. Facility was clean. Front desk, much nicer than previous stay. Very friendly. Comfy beds and new towels.

Our room was a tad noisy, b/c I think we must have been by a mechanical room. There was a whirring sound all night off and on. Could only hear it in the bedroom not the adjacent sitting area. Consolidation of cosmetic products such as shampoo, body lotion. I understand cost effectiveness, but I like individual products not something that everyone handles. No soap dish. Throw it in the counter after washing your hands.

The customer service was astounding. Anything I needed, or had problems with was addressed efficiently. It was in a great location, and I even lost my breakfast card ... and they did NOT charge me for a new one! ( give that clerk a raise! )

There was a slight problem with my bathroom, but it was not the hotels fault. It seems whoever stayed in my hotel last broke the shower handle, and "screwed" it back on with minimal effort haha! Once I alerted the hotel during checkout, they already submitted a ticket to their maintenance department.

Nice and clean, big rooms for the value, lobby was aesthetically pleasing. Staff was nice and responsive.

Beds were not comfortable at all. I could feel the innerspring from the mattress. Also, TV’s didn’t have capability to stream and cable options were not great at all. Flatware for breakfast dining was awful and cheap.

Breakfast. Having a fresh breakfast with eggs cooked to order is a game changer. plus the variety of options is great. your breakfast staff makes it perfect

Front desk staff needs work. I will not say they didn’t do their job, but their demeanor was flat. The front end staff were just there. Their presents did not match the rest of the hotel feel.

The room was clean, nice suite. The front desk staff was very nice during check in and out. The hotel was completely renovated, so the rooms and facility is modern. The pool was clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was nice as well, a lot of food choices. We will stay again soon!

Food was great

The mattress on the pull out sofa was worse than a bed in prison. You should not even advertise the room as somewhere that sleeps 4. Anyone who was subject to using that pull out sofa would be more comfortable on a rock outside.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bar was amply stocked and the bartender was friendly. We received daily text alerts from the front desk answering our questions and concerns. Breakfast was adequate considering Covid protocol. There were several hand sanitizer stations strategically placed in high traffic areas. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

I was unaware that the property allowed pets. There was dog poop that remained on the curb entrance during our entire stay. I was on the elevator with 2 dog owners. One of the owners was unable to control his pet from snapping at the other dog. We were unable to access Wi Fi during our stay. Toilet tank was constantly running. After checking out I did not realize that the incidental fee remains on my card 3-7 business days after check out.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I must say Jamal, who works at the front desk, was exceptional. He was able to fix the problem that I had with my rooms , and he answered all my questions and concerns.

The pool temperature was not very room; it was colder than excepted. Our last day staying at the hotel the elevator began to move very slow.

They have done an awesome job of keeping things going during this pandemic situations. Rooms were clean. They followed really good hygiene standards. Breakfast is really nice. Location is convenient. Nice place for families to stay.

Nothing really any drawbacks but the housekeeping services could have been better. They don’t really show up or provide towels until you ask for it.
