Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta

Close to the highway and restaurants, on site bar and grill, great breakfast for a good price. Bed is comfy, pillows are good. Room is overall very clean.

100% sheets had not been changed; found a piece of someone’s hair clip in the bottom of the sheets around midnight. Asked for an extra blanket when we arrived back from dinner around 830pm— was told I had to wait for the night mgr who arrived at MIDNIGHT?? Removed hair dryer from the bag and it was broken, like falling apart, and sticky… put that thing right back in the bag. Oh, and I smushed a spider on the wall in my room this AM. Room could use some general updates—

We felt safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The was an odor in the room and the bathtub could have been cleaner.

My stay was way beyond what I had expected. My check in was extraordinary. Very polite, professional and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. I received a much needed, comfortable r and r. The location was very assessable to everything that I needed and near my event location. Thank you very very much. if this is what I can expect from all of your locations, I will always book with you.

There needs to be more of these locations. More information about breakfast. More cable channels with channel guide. :-)

I liked that I had a problem with my room rate and they fixed it ASAP 😃👍🏽

The Staff was very friendly and they were able to accommodate an early check-in.

I didn't do the breakfast, but I heard it was good. The indoor pool was a plus. The great customer service on both shifts at the check-in counter was awesome. Nothing like great customer service! The cleanliness of the hotel/room and the comfort of the room/bed!

The TV didn't have that many channels. I didn't see where I could purchase updated movies. The bar/restaurant was not open on the weekends and this is where you have most of your business, so there was no need for room service and I had to go out and find me something to eat instead of ordering room service. :(

Location was great for my needs. My room was clean. The Air Conditioner worked great. The hot water was readily available for the shower. A very nice Breakfast Buffet was available. The staff was very courteous and professional.

The Breakfast Buffet was not included in the price for the room. it was an additional $13.00 per person. The television channels were limited and the television channel guide did not match the channels available.

Our stay was nice and quiet. The location was great and the facility was great. Everything went well, and as expected until we were leaving.

As we were leaving we were checking the room for things that we may had forgotten and discovered a large cockroach under one of the beds.

We arrived late at night and the gentleman at the front desk was excellent! Very patient and attentive to our needs. We arrived very late and were exhausted!

Only complaints were the bed frames. There were 4 people traveling with us and each of us banged our shins on the corner of the bed frame that hung out at least 8 inches past the bed itself. Poor design there.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great treat. the staff was welcoming; the room was very clean and quiet. The restaurant on-site was operating and offering room service. Breakfast was served promptly, and the waiter was considerate and gracious. One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had in several years. A high value service at a very reasonable price.
