very nice new clean and pleasant staff

I helped my family to our room on the 3rd floor . we had a baby so there were full load to carry . not but a few cars in the parking lot and I failed to lock my car door knowing I was coming right back out to grab the last bag. when I came back that last bag was gone . OMG. so unexpected. a nice location and really no one to be seen …. but my last bag was stolen that quickly. I did report it to front desk…. “nothing we can do” was response .

I liked that the hotel was in a good location not too far from stores or places to eat. Since we visited to compete in a tournament that was a plus because we were all wore out. Oscar was also amazing. He made us feel welcomed and let us know if we needed anything he'd be happy to help.

I didn't like there was hair in our sheets and the pillows weren't as firm as I'd like. So that was a bit off putting but other than that everything else was nice.

Nice location and the way the room was laid out. The young lady attended the front desk was fantastic.

We were attending a soccer event and had a game at 8 am. check our was at 11. The games last about hour and a half so we but the hanger on the door so housekeeping wouldn’t come in and we check our when we got back. When we return around 10 the hanger was removed and we couldn’t access our room. We had to go to the front desk for them to reactivate our room keys.

Hotel was very clean and followed by Covid-19 guidance and the beds were very comfortable. The staff did not know the facilities well and wish to more friendly. Individual staff customer service were very different.

The staff was very friendly and everyone spoke to you. The room was a great size and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and surprisingly fulfilling.

Some areas throughout the hotel definitely needed some maintenance. The elevator panel seemed broken, the light above the shower was out and the towel rack was very wobbly. You could see where it used to be screwed in the wall because the holes weren’t patched

Breakfast was very tasteful and fulfilling. The staff were very friendly and professional. My overall stay was great and checkout was at a great time

My room had hair on the bed and one of the towels had a stain on it but overall still a great stay

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the elegance looking of the hotel. Free breakfast and was very sumptuous. Staff were so friendly.

The good: The hotel was only 6 months old. The beds were comfortable. The location was beautiful.

The bad: The price was was a little high, especially considering that the trash hadn't been emptied, the bathroom soaps were mostly empty, and there were no linens on one of the beds and not enough towels for our family. The bathroom door lock was hanging loose and didn't work. The screws that held the very cheap shelving in the closet were installed incorrectly, (not flush, and not all the way in, which snagged my daughter's skirt). The toilet seat was very loose. My husband fixed it. When mentioning all this to the front desk, they thanked us and put it on a paper to have maintenance check it out, but offered nothing regarding my daughter's snagged skirt And in spite of Covid, we were the only customers there wearing masks, and no staff asked anyone to wear one.

Every thing! I have been to a few 5 star hotels and this hotel goes hand and hand with them. The customer service alone had me then the cleanliness. Definitely coming back!

The only thing I did not like was that I couldn't stay a little longer.

This was an exceptionally clean and well-maintained hotel. Our room was much larger, more modern, and condo than we expected. The breakfast area was spotless. We would stay here again without question!

My only critique was that the pillows were too firm for my taste, but not to the point of discomfort. Very tiny thing that did not impact my overall experience.
