It was very nice and clean

what I didn’t like about the property is that you can’t understand the people at the front desk they tell you one thing, but then tell you another when you have left the facility to check out because the open bar that was inside the room. The man said it was free but when we checked out and left and came home, they said we owe them 300 and something dollars for the open bar inside the room if I would have known any of that I wouldn’t have touched any of it they say it’s a sign in the room that says there, but it wasn’t one in mine.

Perfect location! The room service was fast and the food is so good. Very helpful staff.

The Wet bar had only 1 bartender on a Saturday afternoon, took about 25 minutes to get 2 drinks! I would make sure there’s 2 when it’s summer time, it was a turn off having to wait in a long line. We would’ve have stayed much longer!

I loved the ambiance. The location was convenient to everything. The Local Motive restaurant had great food. Huge shoutout to the 2 beautiful bartenders in the lounge area. The drinks, conversations, and vibes were on point. It def gave nightclub vibes and the live DJ was spinning some of the hottest tracks from the 90s and 2000s. I will def stay here anytime that Im in Atlanta

It was a nice getaway for a night, I had just proposed. I hadn't been to the property in seems like 10 years, and when I returned not much had changed. The room still had a DVD player in it. Smh. For the price, I'd prefer to be in a more modern, updated room. Other than that, excellent stay.

I loved the location of the property. It was close to a lot of attractions, and delicious food. The staff were absolutely amazing, and all so friendly!

I thought the room was a bit under par. They could have cleaned a bit better, and for the amount you pay to stay there I expected a little more of a luxury feel. There were small cosmetic issues that made the room a bit dinged, but all of these things combined aren’t enough to take away from the stay.

Mandatory and expensive valet parking with no warning before making reservations..the room was small and the room service was a Way too expensive. I paid$100 for a $13 waffle house meal and the food was not good at all.

Had 2 rooms and the 2nd room we had to wait almost 3 hours to check in the room which was almost 7pm Couldn’t watch apps from tv like Netflix , tv needs to be updated Didn’t provide any complimentary meals/breakfast with all the money spent.

the overall feel of the hotel was awesome!! it was conveniently located to where we were going! all the staff was so nice and helpful!

the shower! the water pressure was awful, and the wall of the shower, where you could see everything going on in the shower was awkward! especially not knowing about that and having four people in the room!

All the employees were great. they provided awesome customer service. our room was very nice. breakfast was delicious. great quality service all around.

The only thing I didn’t like was after day 2 of showering the drain was stopped up. there was no hair or anything of ours in the drain so I’m unsure. That’s an easy fix though for the next guest.

The staff was great. There were several small issues with the room. The fridge broke, the ice machine was not working on my floor, and the phone was also not working in my room, but none of it was a problem because the staff got me what I needed asap. Jon at the front desk and William in maintenance fixed all issues immediately and were extremely polite. Also, the hotel eas clean and stylish, and had everything i needed, and the location was excellent.
