The location is phenomenal. Everything I needed was in walking distance.

On the first night we requested extra covers. The next morning we had an employee barge in our room explaining that he was bringing the covers we had requested over six hours before, but thought we had already checked out even though our booking was 2 nights. We then Al had another employee come a few hours later asking if we were going to check out soon even though we had booked a whole extra night. The situation was weird and awkward and was not ideal for two females traveling alone.

I have a SUV That’s extremely large therefore I had to get valet parking, However!!! That was fine, but to pay $55.00 a day was absurd and to have to wait on your car as we ran in and out due to the Birthday schedule that was really frustrating. And they told us at the front desk the 55.00+ change would be for the whole weekend.

All room doors are very heavy and noisy when closing. Not great late at night or early mornings Marketplace always had a very long queue. There should be one queue just for coffee as that would be quicker than having to wait in main queue. Advertised with pool but didn't have one! Main desk had a large queue also with check ins, so guests would benefit from having more staff just to ask questions.....

Prices were high but to be expected. Electric sockets were a bit loose, so if was hard to keep electric appliances plugged in.

It was a great location. The room and lobby areas were very nice.

I didn’t consider the hidden fees charged by the hotel when I checked in. With parking, taxes, and fees, the cost of my stay was around $100 more than the room rate.

Parking was available this time, layout of rooms. The beauty of hotel. Feels like home. Very quiet.

The hotel was so amazing, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and very professional. They were friendly and efficient and helpful. The restaurants and a la carte convenience area (with coffee bar and food) was great! I wanted to stay longer the hotel was so nice and I'm actually planning to come back with my husband and stay at this hotel. I enjoyed the amenities ( rooftop track and basketball court, nice sitting areas, etc). The entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky to find for someone coming in from out of town and the entrance area lot was always overwhelmed with too many cars. Other than that everything about this hotel was awesome. I'd definitely recommend to others.

The entrance area to the hotel (the parking lot area where valet is located). No matter what time day or night I returned to the hotel, this driveway was always full of cars. Some parked, some waiting for valet, some asking questions but all making it extremely difficult to get to the self parking garage.

We love this location mainly because Trader Vics is located within this hotel. (One of our favorite restaurants) But it is also walking ditance from all the attractions that we visit. The aquarium is only about a four block walk, and the Peachtreee center is only .2 miles away. Also, it is a short drive from the little 5 points district. We also appreciate the valet service for parking and the bell hop service. Even though it was a bit more of an expense, it is well worth it to save time and agrevation.

I wish that they had not gotten rid of the pool. We have been staying at this hotel when ever we come through the Atlanta area, and they used to have a rather nice pool some years ago.

I ate breakfast and dinner from The Market twice each. Breakfast was a huge portion of scrambled eggs with sausage and potatoes. Dinner was a Chicken Caesar Salad one night and Chicken Pesto Wrap the next. All were excellent. The room was huge as I upgraded ($30 per night) to a skyline view which was beautiful and being on the 25th floor was wonderful. The room was very clean and the thermostat worked perfectly.

The mattress had a valley that I slept in. It wasn’t horrible but I expected better. And the lighting in the halls was more dim that usual for that quality of hotel.

My husband and I returned from a evening at the falcons/ Bengals game we decided to have a night cap at the hotel bar The experience was horrible needless to say we didn't get waited on or even a simple hello from either one of the bartenders we sat there for a good 20 mins to watch the two employees wait on others that sat or came up after us. My husband and I are both in the industry in a very high volume tourist town and the quantity or lack of customer service was awful. Do not wist your time visiting the hotel bar it will be a waste of time.
