Fairfield Inn Tallahassee North/I-10

The room was fine - comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom and towels, everything very clean, microwave and fridge in working order. All the staff members were super nice and helpful. While Ryan, the night front desk worker was checking us in, another guest wanted to use a luggage cart. Ryan tried really hard to locate one, but was unsuccessful, so he offered to help this lady carry her items to her room, which he then did. We were just observers, but we were impressed by his efforts, and he was nice to us too. Then in the morning, Michelle did a great job helping all the guests with breakfast. There were quite a few people there all at once, and many were asking her for something - bananas, tea bags, other fruit, etc. - and she was kind and friendly to everyone while working diligently to take care of everyone's needs cheerfully. At checkout, the front desk lady (can't remember the name, sorry), was also very professional and friendly. A big thank-you to all the staff!

We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the entire property. The room was adequate for our one night stay. With two double beds in the room there was enough room to maneuver. The bathroom was small, especially the sink area, but very clean with excellent water pressure. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with how quiet the room was. Even though the property was sold out we never heard any noise from outside the room. We did not eat breakfast there as we were meeting others at a local eatery.

The in-room air conditioner cooled the room well but it was a bit on the noisy side. Perhaps that is why we didn't hear any noise from outside of the room!

Ryan in the reception was very nice and profesional. Always smiling and explained everything very well. The room was very clean 👌 and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great. Intead of the regular scrambled eggs they had cheese omelets. Everything was perfect and smooth checkout. The checkout team was great also. Thanks 😊

The Staff was Amazing, everyone was friendly, respectful and accomidating. The room was clean and comfortable. I travel to Tallahassee often and this is where I always stay . The service and hotel is wonderful 😊😊.

We thought the breakfast was very good. I had cheese omelets with fresh fruit and coffee. My husband had scrambled eggs , sausage and waffles. The breakfast lady was excellent. Ryan was our receptionist. He couldn’t have been nicer.

Towels were a little rough and the tub needs regrouting.

The breakfast was great and also the staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay with you all and keep up with the good hospitality. Thank you again!!t

Marriott just moved in and out some fresh paint and furnishings on top of an older establishment;

The staff was very helpful . They went above and beyond ro make .my first trip a pleasant experience. I'm definitely going ro stay there again whenever I'm in Tallahassee.

Location its good. Comfortable. Breakfast was good.

That there was only 1 waffle maker. So had to wait like 20mins for a lady to finish making waffles for all her family.

The property was very clean and look nice inside and out. ❤️ Had enough towels in the bathroom and was cleaned excellently.

Heater was not pumping, breakfast juice machine only pumped water?
