Plug-in/outlet situation was disappointing!! Bathroom outlet did not work at all,had a short in it, NO USB ports, no outlet on right side of bed & had to move the mattress & bed to get to the plug,but had to disconnect the lamp and clock to use it. Hot water runs cold beware!! NO FRESH FRUIT at breakfast, VERY disappointed in the breakfast 😭 pictures are VERY misleading, just hate that hotels are continuing to leave up old pictures of what their breakfast once was !! Please do better! This could be an amazing experience, those eggs.....what is that??

The overall room was very nice. There were two queen size beds, a pseudo living room with a sofa and table; the "kitchen area" included a small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and a small microwave. I thought the price for the room was in line with the overall room.

We experienced a few mishaps, the room wasn't stocked with wash clothes and it took two phone calls and approximately 15-20 minutes before we received them. The shower head was sitting on the back of the toilet bowl, no big deal, we screwed it back on, but led me to wonder why something as large as that was missed by the staff when prepping the room. There was much dust and a candy wrapper in the corner of the bed near the headboard, which let me to believe they only vacuum the main areas.

Friendly staff, close to everything

Cleanliness of the room was average and not very nice for the price paid…what has already been recently renovated in the room was very cheaply done, no fan in the bathroom, top of countertops were sticky, garbage left under the pull out couch and in the cabinets

Very pleasant and clean. Location was great and it was very close to the outlets and restaurants.

Stay was excellent up until my departure.They had unruly guests that was in the room right beside me that decided to throw food from the top window on top of my vehicle that was sitting right in front of the property very visible to the camera. I informed staff on duty. Staff stated that the guest had departed moments prior to me reporting what I saw on my car. Staff went and view and confirmed it crashes from their room. Gentleman called manager and manager stated that unfortunately that there was nothing that they could do cause it was done by any of there staff members. Property managers needs to pay close attention to their property cause their guests are very disrespectful in the worse way.

The location was excellent for my travel. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance of hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, very clean and pleasantly welcoming. I truly enjoyed my staff.

I enjoyed everything, therefore its nothing I didn't like.

Very spacious room.

We had no water when we woke up. A water main busted and the whole hotel was without water. That couldn’t be helped though so not holding it against the hotel.

The place smells clean and looked organized. The room was nice and clean as well. The pillows are so squishy and the bed was comfortable.

The location of the hotel is a little noisy but that is because it is near a major highway. We had loud upstairs neighbors but that is not the hotel's fault.

The front desk attendant was extremely personable and kind. Everything was up to date and clean. Right in the heart of shopping in Commerce.

The bed was a little firm for my preference but that's a preference that differs with every person!

Old and outdated. The floors needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Wasn't what was pictured on the website.

Staff was extremely helpful. We had a problem with getting TV to work. The clerk was very helpful in troubleshooting that problem. My wife became ill and we extended check-out time with no problem.

Real troubles with TV, which were finally resolved. No plugs in the room convenient for plugging in devices.
