Super 8 by Wyndham Covington

We really enjoyed the location of the property. We were in town for a convention in Conyers, which was just a short drive down the road.. and we were still able to enjoy both it as well as Covington.

The only complaint I have is that our air conditioning kept kicking over to heat on our first night there. We called the office around 4:00am and the employee said they didn’t have any other rooms available that night but she would be happy to put us in a new room first thing in the morning. However, we spoke to the manager on Saturday morning and he went ahead and replaced the entire ac unit with a new one. Exceptional staff!

It is a big hotel with lots of rooms and it is very clean both in the parking lot and the inside room. The rooms are very large enough for some “dancing party” LOL. There is Waffle House next door, of course, if you like Waffle House. If not, there are other options within a few driving minutes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. It felt safe during the night and did have to worry about a thing. I would sleep there again should I found myself in Covington again.

Easy to locate, easy to access, clean, Waffle house right next door for breakfast, close to town (and Wal-Mart), gas station with burger joint right across the street.

There isn't much to complain about, if I had to make one complaint it would be the gap at the top & bottom of the door. Some people may complain about it being close to high way because of all the traffic noise but I found it soothing as I live near a busy high way train tracks. Also, they are still not serving breakfast

Comfortable bed and seemed to be a quiet area. The location was close to where I had an appointment.

I was supposed to have a nonsmoking room and it smelt like cigarette smoke the whole time which bothered my sinuses. I also discovered that the smoke detector was covered with plastic. I didn't bother complaining because I was there for 1night. So I just dealt with it until morning. Which I regretted later.

the location was close to the interstate and to many food options. the bed was very comfortable

the only thing offered for breakfast was packaged pastry and instant oatmeal- and coffee and juice

The beds are very comfortable, the location is near a lot of things which was convenient.

The cleaning staff made us a little uncomfortable. They stood outside our door from 9am u til check out waiting on us to leave. It was uncomfortable and very weird

cheap. convenience. small. easy to get to. it’s next to a busy highway so it’s busy and loud. I’m from chi ago so it didn’t make a difference for me but want to give a heads up.

they make use an outdoor window after a certain time and it was quite chilly. so i found that annoying. but she went as fast as she could, i guess.

the location is very convenient, nice management, pretty rooms. despite some minuses totally worth every dollar.

we were on the first floor close to truck parking so a bit noisy. the hotel is not new and even though it’s greatly maintained you can see it in the bathroom or beds. time stain on sheets and a towel with holes.

The room was clean and located within a few minutes of everything we wanted to see.

The walls are very thin and other guests would play their music all night long. The pillows were also incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on nothing.

The location was good and the beds were comfy

If you plan to eat breakfast in the mornings don’t count on the continental bfast there. It was fruit (oranges) and a danish. But there is a Waffle House next door!
