I did not take advantage of the breakfast, except once. My daughter enjoyed the French Toast. I am a vegan, so there was not much for me, but fruits of which I partook of once. The receptionists were awesome. The room was clean. The courtyards were beautiful to sit and relax. It is in very close proximity to what is left of the mall :) It is within walking distance of food places, also.

This may not be in your circle of influence, but there were a few times when I entered the elevators and they stunk with marijuana. I would like to see the meals catering to all diets including a total plant-based diet.

The hotel staff was awesome. We were there because we had water damage to our house so we just wanted a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay for a week that was close to work. ADJIA, JONATHAN AND JO (frontdesk assoc.) were great. They were always smiling and made us feel welcome! Very hard to find these days. Thanks guys for the great customer service!

No black out curtains! Our room faced another hotel and the exterior lights shined into the room all night.

Room very clean as always

The key card wasn’t working on the door from parking lot. I had to walk a round to the front every time to get to my room it was pouring rain out side so I was a little upset I had to run all the way to the back to the front every time. Not to mention the parking lot was full otherwise I would’ve parked in the front and just walk in. The lobby was hot when I walked in like the air was off.

Staff was accommodating when we had problems with our door and door key. We we offered to move rooms but that just would have been more if an inconvenience due to excessive luggage (However, continuous denial of room access was very Embarrassing)

Charging through booking….. There were several errors with which card they should charge. I attempted to make the correction but at the end it was still a disaster. I paid other guest cash and they used their card, however booking still charged my credit card. (After the changes were discussed several times via phone and at front desk)

Location, friendly staff, confront of bed and room, indoor pool, cleanliness of the hotel in general.

Wanted to get in pool, but it appeared to need attending to... Water was too cloudy and no jacuzzi, so we chilled by the pool instead.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I don't have any complaints.

we were greeted exceptional well, very pleasent receptionist. She took her time doing what she needed to do professionally with a smile and a sense of humor. The food was great! The waitress was exceptionally helpful. My mother 96 (in wheelchair) wanted to eat looking out the window. The waitress made it all happened for her and made her feel so special. The hotel has always been very clean and neat with a group of professional employees when we visit. Oh!! I can't forget housekeeping they were excellent to, any thing that we needed that they could supply when it was low, they were ready to supply it. This is our hotel when we stop through Lithonia,Ga and will recommend it to our friends. Those that bless the prophet will receive a prophet reward. Be blessed

The only thing that I could think of is the pillows. They are to soft for me. It takes for me about 4 pillows to get the feeling I need to be able to rest properly. My mother of 96 years had to have more because of her condition with her back, but we managed well.

The BED was too hard. I expressed my concern to the receptionist but she was unable to move me because the hotel was full. I completed my two nights stay by sleeping with pillows lined the mattress. I stayed her because it was close to the location of the event happening that weekend.

The room was very clean. I was very satisfied with the accommodations provided. The location was great with access to a mountain trail, the Arabia Mountain, and the Stonecrest Mall was in walking distance.

I was disappointed in the charge for breakfast and I was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but it was closed. When booking, there was no mention of the pool being closed. Only upon arrival, I noticed signs that were posted in the elevator.
