Nahvah, the front desk staff person is absolutely amazing. She has amazing ideas, apparently is extremely experienced in the hospitality industry, a wonderful personality and brought her A game every day I saw her. The entire staff there at the Conyers location is TOP TIER. I have never in my life experienced that level of service from this class of a hotel. If Avid is wise, they would promote the the young staff there, and position them for management. That is the type of team you need I place to have guests return and make recommendations. This will be my go to spot every time. The property is well kept, comfortable, and was just a great experience. I truly hope the staff is paid well because they work hard and not just work hard but they really create a family environment. We were taken aback because of the hospitality.

There was nothing to dislike except the fact that it was time to leave. I could have had a lower rate to stay longer. But I left in order to get a lower rate since I would be there for 2 more weeks.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm from 4 hours travel, you can see in your faces that we were exhausted and we have a lot of stuff with us and a kid, the front desk staff was accommodating the girl in front of me, at first I waited for my turn but I noticed that they were just chitchatting and when It was my turn she's not very accommodating at all. And there's not much choices for the breakfast.

This location had only been open for one week. Everything was new!

The elevator didn’t work. I booked the room for a friend and I PAID in advance. The hotel then charged his credit card for the same stay! Now, they rREFUSE refund his money! THAT’S THEFT!! They actually blocked his phone number, once he challenged the charges!! Unacceptable!!

Nahvah, at the front desk, was one of the most welcoming customer service representatives that I’ve experienced in quite so me time. She, along with the cleaning staff were most accommodating.

Expected a little more for breakfast but the customer service excepted our expectations

The new updated rooms and the staff was awesome opel Debbie the housekeeper supervisor the guy that came to get us and bought us to hotel this was very helpful n perfect customer service

I didn’t stay longer but I will be back the hotel and staff is awesome !!!!!

Wonderful hotel! Our only problem was the thermostat didn't work. Super modern. Great staff, very friendly. Great complimentary breakfast .

Broken thermostat. The lobby entrance needs to be better marked (and covered).

Nevaeh, the desk clerk, was informative, courteous & welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed my breakfast. The coffee was amazing & 24hr access to coffee was wonderful.

There's nothing to not like

Breakfast was basic continental. The room and public areas were super clean. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Loved the LVP flooring in the room. Bed was very comfortable.

Had issues with the television, had an option to move rooms but I declined because I was exhausted.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable gives dorm room vibes I loved it.

The breakfast could be better but it works
