La Quinta by Wyndham Atlanta Conyers

The property was easy and convenient! They were working on the landscaping and what we saw was looking to be a great improvement! The pool and the pool area need a little work the landscaping needs to be done in there. The pool could use a good cleaning and also it would be easy enough to use a blower to get rid of all the debris from the trees that enters into the pool. A few of the chairs were broken which could be fixed but overall it’s better than a few other places we’ve stayed.

One thing I didn’t like about the property was when we got into our room. The air conditioning vents were totally dusty and nasty so I rinsed them off in the tub which took me about 30 seconds. Not sure why the cleaning crew doesn’t check that frequently for something that get you so much.

This location provided everything needed for a comfortable stay in the area. The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. The front desk staff, Ms. A and Ms. E were excellent! We encountered an issue with the doorknob of our room, and the gentleman who answered the front desk made the effort to come to our room to check the problem out. It was taken care of almost immediately without any disruption to our busy day. I even enjoyed a lovely conversation with the staff assisting in the breakfast area. We felt safe. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were as expected for a hotel; not home but comfortable enough to rest well. Attractive landscaping; including pool area. Really nice fitness room. Breakfast included a waffle station, eggs, sausage, juices, and basic continental choices. Low noise, if any, from other guests. Several restaurants are close by, along with meal delivery services available. My family would definitely stay at this location again.

The only thing I would point out is that room service is not automatic. We set used towels where they could be taken away, and then had to go to the front desk to get clean sets each day.

This La Quinta Inn was very good in its facilities. It is close to the center of the shopping areas in Conyers and not far from the historic old town. The staff was pleasant and accommodating in every situation.

The only negative we experienced over our 9 day stay was the cellular reception. It seems that this location is horrible for Verizon reception. I had work to do and brought my hot spot. The reception was so bad that I had to go to a different location to complete my work. And, yes, I could have used the hotel internet...but I just don't do that. On one 10 minute cell phone call, the network dropped me 3 times. This is not the hotel's fault. It is just a handicap in staying there.

all hallway carpets needed vacuuming, the elevators need some updating. We got downstairs at 8:45 and the person breaking down breakfast broke it down at exactly 9:00 even though a couple people came down a couple minutes before. They started getting plates and instead of asking if they wanted the eggs and sausage that were left he took them away and sure they were trashed. Also the floor when walking into our room had Lots of large white paint drips so it looked like it hadn’t been swept.

Room was clean, access to microwave and fridge was great having in my room. I was fasting so the instant oatmeal without a microwave wasn't great, water wasn't hot enough to cook it/dissolve. Otherwise, the breakfast looked good. Advised checking in the elevator was out on the front side, so advise since room was on the other end to park on the other end.

I received a copy of the billing at the front desk, but my credit card statement is different. Was advised traveling on business did not charge the incidentals, because I'm assuming I booked online it was charged. Cannot reflect on my expense report because my bill doesn't reflect.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the amenities in the room (outlets at each bedside, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, smart TV, etc.). The rooms are nice with comfortable beds even if the grounds are pleasant, but not 5 star.

Only minus is don't expect to use the pool right now since it went green apparently (9/6/23). There is also complimentary breakfast but the scrambled eggs looked & tasted pretty nasty (powdered and sour) in my opinion.

Our room as well as the facility as a whole were very well kept and clean. Every staff member that we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast (bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles and biscuits w/sausage gravy) was good and a nice change from traveling and getting the prepackaged pastries. They also offered fresh muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal and fruit.

The beds were comfortable, but could be bigger to accommodate two people.

Well maintained, no late night activity, clean lobby and hotel rooms. Great breakfast choices! They had turkey sausage!!! Polite and professional staff. The mattress was very comfortable. My daughter loved that she could watch youtube on TV.

They were small holes in my bathroom wall room 504 and the shower whistles loudly. Bathtub had scraped spots missing paint. The elevator looks like it needs an upgrade! It’s scraped up and hot inside.

The staff was friendly, caring and professional from the day of my arrival until the the day I checked out. My requests were always met and I enjoyed the hot shower. I felt safe and it was quiet.

I would have liked a little more variety in the breakfast items, like bananas, berries,less instant hot cereal and more homemade oatmeal, grits, etc.

For the price it's very good. Breakfast was okay and the staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very big and the check in and out was very easy and flexible.

The water pressure doesn't really exist. We were afraid every time we used the toilet that it's not enough and showering wasn't nice. It was also only cold water and not hot water and it was a little bit loud. But for the price was everything fine.
