The staff at the front desk is very professional, from their dress to the way the speak to customers. I felt safe and like I was in a clean, well-cared for hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, and The ac worked wonderfully! The location is near shopping and restaurants in a safe part of town. If you are a female traveling alone, this is an excellent choice! I started out at another hotel in Cumming, but it smelled like chemicals in my room and random grubby-looking men were running around the lobby and in the parking lot…shouting. Then I moved to this hotel and was so happy I did! Do yourself a favor and start your journey with Home2Suites

I wish someone had reminded me about the laundry facilities when I checked in. The frozen and boxed food you can buy is convenient, but it’s too expensive!

Shower was not clean, long hairs on shower wall, no shampoo in shower container.

The front desk staff were wonderful, every single one of them. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. The facilities available are incredible for the price. The breakfast was very nice. I don't have a pet but I do like that it is pet friendly and you wouldn't know it with how well maintained the property is.

It was a bit noisy during the day but it sounded like construction work and did not continue in the evening thankfully. It was a bit unfortunate the fire pit outside wasn't working. Certainly didn't distract from the otherwise perfect experience.

Maybe not leave sandwiches in the heated glass box so long. Some where cold but they will heat you up one if you ask so it was not a problem

It was clean, quiet, and near nice eating places. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

We rented a room that had a connecting door to another room. The other room was rented to a family with dogs. I LOVE dogs, but the connected door was not insulated and the dogs were barkers , so it sounded like they were in our room. I would recommend that the staff take that into consideration for the next guests.

Such a comfortable stay. It honestly felt like home. It provided everything we needed to feel completely comfortable.

I accidentally booked our checkout date wrong and needed to stay one additional night. (My fault). The hotel had no availability for this one additional night so we had to quickly pack everything up and go next door to the Marriott Bonvoy for one night. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all, but it really put a damper on our stay.

Breakfast was included in my room rate.

Unfortunately, the breakfast choices weren’t great. I wasn’t expecting to just have one waffle choice: whole grain with buckwheat (waffles could have been original as well) or egg/sausage packaged sandwich (how about egg/bacon?). If I had known this, I would have purchased the room without the breakfast. Not many options at all and the options weren’t ones I would have chosen, not for the extra added prepaid price. I ended up still going out for breakfast.

Home2 was very clean and had spacious public areas inside and out. The exercise room was very complete and was open which during COVID is very unusual. The suite room was very comfortable and allowed one person to sleep in bed and another person to sit and watch TV.

The guest washing machine was not working, but the staff allowed us to use the hotel washer for no charge. The protein selection at breakfast was limited to eggs, no meat.

The breakfast every morning was amazing I could not believe the variety the egg sandwiches the omelettes you also have fruit cereal bagels they had everything coffees available 24 hours I couldn’t believe they gave a free breakfast like that considering I had a full kitchen in my room wow completely amazed

The staff was friendly (though many times were on their phones at a table near the desk), the rooms were comfortable and clean, I felt very safe as a single female, the pool was nice and quiet, excellent location
