Best Western Gwinnett Center

This hotel exceeded our expectations ! The room was perfect , quiet and comfortable ! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of the staff . They were so kind and gracious and you could tell that customer service and satisfaction were their priority . We will most definitely use this hotel again when we visit family in the area . The breakfast was outstanding and run in a very organized manner . The staff worked hard to please.

Richard was extremely helpful and professional. He greeted me upon arrival and assisted me with a room transfer. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The constant hammering in the hallway until 9pm Thursday evening is the reason the experience was not a 10.

•Checking in was great, I don't remember the lady's name but she was very nice. •Included breakfast was good, don't expect it to be luxurious. Pancakes, eggs, sausages, fruits, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, orange and apple juice were available. •Room and lobby were clean. Cleaning ladies are friendly and nice. Just let them know if you need your room cleaned and they'll take care of it.

Pool was closed but it wasn't a big deal, it opens up on Memorial day.

Everyone was extremely nice, I was there for a Basketball tournament with my daughter they offered me a late check out since we had a very early game and did not know what time it would be over. Made it nice a stress-free so I could drive back to Orlando without being stressed and tired. Definitely recommend it to the rest of the team for the next time we play in Georgia

Their breakfast was surprisingly good! We were only expecting cold danishes and cereal and milk. But they had warm food too! Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage patties, toasts, etc... The place only had a 2 star rating so we were not expecting much. I think this hotel deserves at least a 3 star rating! :-) Place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The service was very good, Corey a very nice guy, the breakfast ladies were also very nice to me, all the service was very good. the hotel is close to restaurants and gym, also supermarket

The breakfast could be more forceful, there could be more food, that was missing. and also sometimes there was no hot water in the containers

The breakfast was pretty typical of a hotel breakfast. It was good, but not amazing. We did think the pancake machine was genius! We also loved the citrus water in the lobby. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were all very kind as well.

The only thing I noticed was that when we first got there it seemed very damp. I didn't notice it in the morning though.

unfortunately a group/bus load of young people (seemed like teenagers) also stayed there and was on the same floor. They were very loud, banging on doors and jumping around. I would say that this is not necessarily the fault of the hotel but made for a very long night.

When I arrived your company had not made my reservation. We spent an hour trying to resolve the issue and finally the hotel made the reservation for less money!

The over night young lady at the desk was amazing. Never experienced that level of customer service.

The 2nd day was cancelled do to illness I still havnt receive my credit. The general manager gave me a refund receipt for verification.
