Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Hinesville Fort Stewart

No bed bugs or bugs of any kind!! (Biggest fear) The staff was amazing and very courteous. The staff was very welcoming. The room was decent in size. The hotel and the room was completely clean. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa bed.

The price. Everything else was great. 300 per night is a little excessive for this particular hotel. It was a last minute trip due to a family emergency and all of the other hotels in the area and surrounding area had reviews of bed bugs or roaches with the exception of this one so I chose to stay here. And although my stay was nice if I had planned a vacation I would've stayed somewhere else with more to offer amenities wise and as far as the rooms go if I was paying 300 or more per night.

The staff was tremendous. They were happy and helpful and kind at every turn. Even having to work on the holiday, they were very kind. Based on the staff alone we would stay there again. The breakfast was wonderful and had a great variety. Location was perfect and all was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and you just felt welcomed from the moment you walked in.

I didn't like the hot water. It was more like warm water. After a long day, you want a hot shower but that wasn't the case. It was warm enough but not hot. Oh and the toilet paper was rather abrasive.

Overall stay was great. Comfortable beds. Customer service was excellent. Gym, Pool, outside sitting area. Bedroom air conditioning worked great. Overall cleanliness was ALOT better than other places and I felt comfortable.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, sink faucet was dirty and smeared, hair in shower. Bedroom furniture outdated and lamp on nightstand was falling apart, rocks coming out of bottom of it. Old phone and clock. Overall bedroom was better than ALOT of places.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. All of the staff we very friendly, but a special shout out to the continental breakfast hostess Janie. She went above and beyond for us and every guest that came in, which was are really great start to our day.

the only thing was the lounge chair in the room was uncomfortable to sit in for too long

Location to Fort Stewart was perfect. There are many restaurants and shopping centers close by. Rooms were typical of a hotel- clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent, many options to choose from.

Pool was closed, but it wasn't a huge issue. The rooms were a little pricy for what they offered.

The young lady ms.jacola was very helpful and nice I would come back

The lamps need to be updated I need a scockit had to move the bed out for a plug

The location was fine. The weekday breakfasts were excellent. The grab and go bags on the weekend not so much. The staff was very friendly and courteous and as helpful as they could be considering the Covid19 safety precautions. The room was clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable.

All good in the hood.

Breakfast was a little lackluster, but I wasn't expecting it at all so that's fine. A good breakfast sandwich option would've been killer. Everything else was great.

It was late when I arrived from another hotel totally upset. And your front desk a young black lady. Was very nice

Mainly the entire staff…..everyone…..was so friendly and professional! Room was close to entrance and ice and elevator. Room was perfect…..clean and beds were comfortable.
