fast and easy check in room was extremely clean, it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable breakfast was delicious! they had eggs, croissant with egg ham and cheese, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and fresh juice. coffee and tea were complimentary overall excellent stay and will make sure to stay here again if ever in the area!

The room was not ready when I get there and have to wait 45 minutes for it to be ready for me. The room was a hand day cap room and I didn't request it for me

The people who work there was not ready for me to get the key to my room and I got lock out even time I exit my room. Saturday night was was in my room and all of a sudden someone try to open my room with there key . Luckily I was in my room and opened the door and scared them and then I walked to the front office and ask what the hell was going on with them giving some one a key to my room and she said it was her fault and she said she call the office manager

The location was fine but the GPS takes you pass your turn and you have to make a u-turn and come back up.

Our first room, the sink overflowing circle was horrible and very nasty. The ceiling looks like water spots on mildew in the bathroom The border around the toilet near the tub rusted. Our second room behind the bathroom door the water where the door stop is is broken needs to be replaced. The second room was much better it didn't have carpet it was hardwood floors that was way better.

I had reserved a booking for a handicapped room. When I got there it was already booked. I chat with Jen at booking she was very proficient and tried her best to accommodate our stay . The staff were super nice and friendly . They tried to get me a bath chair for my pops who's 97. They went out their way to make it perfect. Luckily for us someone didn't want their handicapped room and we got it. Awesome staff . Definitely a plus ➕️. If you're looking for comfort and excellent staff , dog friendly and good coffee this Is the hotel.

Beds/Mattress extremely comfortable; sheets. 50” TV in room. Breakfast options and quality great. Exercise room larger than normal with more than expecting. Very clean and noise free room on first floor. Felt safe and well lit.

Upon check in was given wrong room that was still not cleaned and reset. Front desk associate did a great job of accommodating us into a better room to her credit. Shower had no cold water on morning of checkout.

We've stayed here before. Clean and quiet facility in an excellent location, easy to get in and out. Late check in was easy and handled promptly. Furniture included a desk and chair, a sofa and an easy chair. Coffeemaker, ice cold fridge and a microwave.

Nothing, but some major highway construction getting into Savannah that is no fault of the hotel. Beware of highway delays.

Breakfast was great. They didn't give us bargain food brands like other hotels. I felt safe within the hotel at night since you only have access to get in via your key card.

I wasn't happy that they run your card for a full night before your arrive. I was told it was pre-authorization but I've been to other hotels that don't do that. It seems to only be Savannah area hotels.

Well appointed and comfortable rooms for the price we paid. Helpful staff.

There were incredibly strong exotic cooking smells on the third floor, so some guests must have been cooking in their rooms. The location was a little further from Savannah than we had anticipated, but fine nonetheless for the price we paid.

The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The air conditioning is heavenly. The water pressure in the shower is awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff people could have been friendlier. Maybe smile a little at least. The floors creaked and you could hear every step people took above us.

From check in to check out, I had no complaints whatsoever. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast was sufficient for our needs and the food was kept stocked. I also appreciated the 24 hour access to the coffee and water machines. I would stay again if the need arises.

Nothing really. Everything met my expectations.
