Sonder The Altmayer

This location was within walking distance to just about everything. It’s also close to some of the trolley stops. This accommodation felt like home with cold A/C , full Kitchen, and your own washer and dryer in the unit. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Savannah.

The only thing we had any issues with were the floors were dirty. Nothing a swifter couldn’t handle.

The studio was comfortable & private. I really enjoyed the no contact service, using the codes were very convenient for me & the host (via the app) was very helpful when I had questions. The text reminders were very helpful & appreciated. Wonderful virtual staff!

The cleaning could have been better for the price paid.. There were ALOT of hair strands along the shower wall & on the toilet & also something that looked like a booger on the shower wall & a few old French fries were on the floor in the corner by the bed. These were just a few items but it made me question the cleanliness of the whole place then. Didn't take pics, just cleaned it myself.

The unit was in the perfect location on the corner of Bull and Broughton - in the heart of the historic district and steps away from anything you would need. The unit was spacious and clean. It exceeded our expectations in every way. They thought of every detail and even had ear plugs on the bedside table if needed. During the time, we were there Broughton Street was closed due to construction (which stopped at 5p). So it was pretty quiet at night and no need for them. But, under normal circumstances, I could see the potential need. Parking is provided at no cost in a public garage about 1 block away. The location was so good that we parked and didn't use it again until departure. The building is quite secure with multiple security code points (front entrance, elevator and unit door). The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. We recommend this property and would probably stay here again.

We liked the location and the decorations. The apartment was very clean cut and modern which we loved. The building felt safe as you had to put in a code at the main door, elevator, and apartment. The shower was dirty when we arrived but the Sonder staff was very responsive when we complained and refunded our cleaning fee without us even asking. We ran into a sonder staff member who was extremely nice and friendly. Also, our apartment smelled amazing! Overall we really liked this apartment and would 100% stay here again.

The shower was dirty when we arrived. The main overhead lighting was a cool white bulb which made the room feel hospital like at night.

The bed was a little too soft for my back. There was no breakfast or food provided . The kitchen in the condo did have coffee, tea, extra Virgin olive oil, coffee pot and all kitchen supplies/appliances. Which was a plus! No cable provide, however, we were able to watch Netflix via laptop to TV. Great location to beautiful historic Savannah Georgia.

Would like cable and more clean towels. There was no one on site to provide any services. There was a dirty towel that had lipstick on it which was supposed to be clean. 🤪

Everything was truly in walking distance!! Absolutely perfect!!

A little confused with the parking situation. It wasn’t the price the site said it would be and my boyfriend and I ended up parking at two different lots.

The location was excellent! We could walk to everything. We also felt very safe in the building and in our room.

The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't up to the standards I would prefer and the shower door didn't close very well. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and clean.

The property location was perfect, very centralized

There is construction just outside the window that starts at 7 am. They do provide ear plugs but it is still loud. There were also other guests in the hallway at 3:30 am that we’re very loud. This is not the fault of Sonder, but the walls do not block out much sound.

The studio had everything we needed! Fantastic view, and a really comfortable room! The staff was really available for us!

Luggage storage is only available from 10 am to 6 pm, which is a bit annoying for early and late trains/planes.
