Nice pool and breakfast pricey but yummy. Friendly knowledgable staff and close to City Market. That is a big, big plus due to lotsa restaurants. Very near DOT trolleys to sightsee and very walkable to fun things including Forsyth Park

Expensive breakfast. Not offered wine and all reviewers said they were. Asked for a recommend for airport ride and told Uber and not a service. Other than that good location and great value for the $.

I love the boutique vibe of the Andaz Savannah and all that it has to offer. The hotel and our suite offered great little snacks like chips, granola bars, water and juice for free, which was great for the kids. The room itself was super clean and the housekeeping staff was super nice and made sure to replenish all items daily. It was nice to see that the pool was open till 10pm so that people still had time to enjoy it after their day. The terrace has a nice setup with a fire pit and not only chairs for the pool but also cabanas that can be rented when you're in the mood to relax, shade can be drawn for additional privacy.

Amazing location with a beautiful staff in a beautiful city. The hotel had an amazing smell. I enjoyed walking in/out of my room. Plus cute terrace to hang out

Dogs. I understand we live in pet friendly world but dogs in restaurants is disgusting. I wish hotels would make pet owners leave them in the room while dining. The balcony had air returns on them that made it so hot you couldn’t enjoy the space

Visually appealing, funky lobby , stately room. Staff were all very nice. Special shout out to Josiah who did coffee in the morning. Very pleasant and helpful young man.

Milk was sour in the coffee area. Housekeeping never cleaned our rooom and we were there for 4 nights. They knocked on the door twice but we were getting dressed and they didn’t return despite asking them. Might be short staffed due to Covid?

Everyone on the hotel staff seemed pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was located in a lively, vibrant neighborhood, within walking distance of most of the restaurants and attractions we visited. The hotel pool was a nice little oasis after a day of sight-seeing.

There was construction going on next door that started at 7:00...not the time I wanted to wake up while I was on vacation! Obviously not the hotel's fault, but it did detract. Also, the room was clean overall, but there were some anomalies...housekeeping staff didn't always clear used glasses and they didn't replace tissues when we ran out.

The location of this hotel is excellent if you are wanting to be in the middle of everything.

On the other hand, its definitely a family hotel and there are kids running around everywhere. There is also construction going on directly across the street that starts amazingly at 7 am on the dot, so that’s nice. Hopefully the construction will be over soon. There was also an elevator that wasn’t working the last few days I stayed and apparently there is not a service elevator. So that was a pretty bad experience having to wait for the elevator to stop at every floor. It also takes away from the luxury aspect when the elevator opens and there is a huge cleaning cart in there and you cant even fit inside so you have to wait for it to come back.

Most everything. Quiet, very comfortable, and very courteous and professional personnel.

We found the TV in our room wasn't displaying available channels to view. We called for a technician to resolve. He informed us that this was a known problem associated with a switchover to a new internet provider. There was a workaround which he informed us about. Had we known about that to start with, it could have been easier for us to deal with. A short, written explanation to all guests until a permanent solution is implemented would lower the number of calls for help. The "speech" by the technician regarding this known problem apparently has been repeated many times to other guests.

Everything was great about the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. The staff and the bellmen were very nice and accommodating. Even the folks at the bar and restaurant. Also the complimentary stuff was great as well, even the things in the room. Everything was central and the hotel was in a great location near a lot of places.

I expected the room size to be a little bigger it was kind of cramped. Also the location was central but the noise at night was horrible and kept me up. The valet parking was expensive but we used the public parking garage that was on the same street as the hotel and it was much cheaper.

The location was perfect for sightseeing, great dining experiences and shopping. the staff were friendly and professional, especially our check-in manager, Jacoby. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room which was a nice touch. Best of all, we asked for a room change because we were staying for more than a week and our room was overlooking a construction site. We were upgraded to a beautiful loft room.

The housekeeping let them down. We gave them benefit of the doubt because it was just on the one day when our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Also the response from the hotel when we complained was very positive. There was also no laundry service and they weren’t able to recommend one.

I didn’t get that I am we booked… We booked a high loft room and we got a second floor room that was not what we booked.
