Awareness of allergies that they made note of prior to our check in and again upon arrival, anaphylactic allergies, and then those allergies were somehow disregarded. Everybody was very apologetic about it but it was my fiancé and it was her birthday and we stayed in that night bc her face was swelled up but if she had swallowed it, instead of noticing immediately, she would have had to used an epi pen or stopped breathing. Perhaps make note in giant red letters so allergies like that- that severe, can’t be missed. Other than that, everything and everyone was excellent! Beautiful place!

Breakfast was very good. One can customize what they want for breakfast and they are very accommodating. Location is perfect, House is beautiful and with lots of decorative elements. Staff is helpful and lovely to talk to.

Our bathroom shower wasn’t hot enough and it was fiddly to make it hot. The room decorations (furniture details, lamps, windows and window sills) could have been cleaner. They clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in months with plenty of dust and lint sticking to them and the harder to reach spots. Some areas and carpets in the main dining and sitting room areas had lots of layers of dirt from the many years that people had been walking on them. I understand the house is historical and they want to keep the old style with it, but that’s no excuse for keeping dirty carpets, and furniture fixtures, especially at the price they charge. One can easily replace such carpets with new ones in better condition and still keep the old look and feel of the house.

Country charm and decor. Friendly service and the desserts and coffee is great in the evening. After you have been out for dinner and return to the hotel, it is great to have some dessert and drinks waiting for you.

The room was a little smaller than the online photos portrayed. Having visited the hotel now that is totally understandable as it is a grand old mansion. Bathroom could have more table top surfaces to store your goodies. there was literally no space on our suite for toothbrushes etc.

Excellent service by everyone there. Mallory was very gracious in greeting us, giving us consierge service and taking care of us. The food by Chef Terre was amazing and abundant! Felecia served breakfast each morning and took care to make sure we had everything we needed. Ashley also took great care of us helping us with anything we needed. Rita was so helpful to get us set up with a great tour of Savannah. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable! We would stay again and would recommend Kehoe House to anyone traveling to Savannah.

I was very impressed by the kind, friendly and helpful staff. Everyone made me feel so welcomed. Dana welcomed me and I immediately she felt as if she was a life long friend. The Mercer room was beautiful and very comfortable - even the bed! I loved hearing the clip clop of horses as they passed.

The room over head was loud. Every foot step could be heard and there were a lot.

Breakfast was incredible and the staff was the definition of southern hospitality. You couldn't pick a better place for the house. A short walk to the river, a short walk to the sites and all the restaurants you could possibly eat at. The entire city was just one big group of happy, friendly people. Everyone was just incredibly nice and helpful. Every restaurant we ate at was great. We recommend the two day hop on hop off tour.

Our room was freezing. In dog days of summer in July and August that would be welcome, but in late May it was just a bit too cold. We actually had to turn on the heat a little

We loved everything about the Kehoe House! It is a beautiful historic inn with a great history. The location is perfect for exploring Savannah - everything is walkable. we parked in the lot they have on the next block and never needed our vehicle again. The second we walked in the door, the staff greeted us and from that point on our stay was perfect. Everyone was so friendly. Chef Kiki made an excellent breakfast along with her evening dessert. Our only regret is that we weren’t there long enough. We can’t wait to go back.

This place is just magnificent. Gorgeous room and common areas, outstanding staff, excellent breakfasts, and fantastic location in historic Savannah. We absolutely loved our stay.

If you enjoy sleeping in past 6:30, the main floor might not be for you. Lots of hustle and bustle, talking, etc. outside our main floor room as the staff gets ready for breakfast. Next time, we will ask for an upper floor room.

it is a very beautiful home with lovely furniture and decor.

surprised that there were table tops with dust on them and some of the hallway glass on top of furniture was dirty. The staff was friendly but in a B&B with this room rate I would expect a bit more attention to details and overall service. a couple of examples include after requesting ice water with breakfast or a refill on coffee, the person attending to those requests would not return so we just had to grab a bottle of water off of a tray. the coffees carafe that was out was empty so no refill on the coffee. I have stayed at equally nice locations, if not even a bit better and for half the room rate with better service.

Kehoe House was an absolute highlight of our recent roadtrip. The ambience of the hotel is quintessential Savannah. All the food (breakfast, Hors D’Oeuvres, dessert) was delicious and such a nice touch. The room was comfortable and had an antique charm (such as accessing the balcony through a floor to ceiling sash window - a reminder of the city’s “door tax”!). Above all, the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous. We didn’t want to leave and we will never forget our stay. As we were told, while relaxing in the sitting room - “you’re at home”.
