Comfort Inn & Suites at Stone Mountain

the bed was comfortable and decent size room

didn't like shower floor in handicap room. was switched to regular king room. check in was at 3 but wasn't able to get into room until after 5. cleaning crew doesn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Arrived around 315 and they were sitting and eating which is why patrons had to wait to check into room. Was told pool was open but didn't look cleaned, and was later put out of order.

Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Had a lot of different types of pillows so you could choose hard or soft. Had a microwave and small refrigerator in room. Clean smelling room. Person who checked me in was the friendliest person on the whole trip. Has a nice small indoor pool that did not have a high chlorine smell, which is great!

Had problems with the door key. Had to get it changed twice, but other then that, not bad. Did not use the breakfast bar, but it looked like it had a lot of stuff on it.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. So friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room, the AC was broken. We're two very hot natured people, and the hotel was relatively warm since it was cold out. The receptionist immediately got us another room which was great. Both rooms were spotless. We had everything we needed, and if you forgot something such as a Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razors, etc... they will provide it for you.

There was nothing to not like. If I ever go back to stone mountain I will be staying here again.

we had 4 of us staying the night and there was only 2 sets of towels. we had a late check in and I had to go back down stairs to get two more sets of towels. and there was only decaffeinated coffee in the room the next day. not a major issue but just over sights that I was not expected.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was large. Everything was very clean. It was calm and quiet to get a good night sleep. Location is close to just about everything. Breakfast was a full breakfast and very good. Definitely worth the price.

Like watching tv in breakfest area so i didnt have to wake my husband and my friend up so early. Loved that they had coffee & orange juice and blueberry and banana nut bread muffins. Accessible parking. Comfortable beds, microwave and coffee pot in room. Employees ensured we were safe by checking on us bc our room door was open even with us inside thank you for letting us know. Great services! I didnt know that the keys deactive if around my phone the hotel employees explained that to me and fixed my room key thank you!

I didnt like having to detour all the way bk around to get out of parking lot bc of how the road was set up upon the hotel. One way street No hot food bc of covid. Needs a dueve comforter that covers the comforter like a pillow case. You're damaging your pool not having enough water in it. Pool needs care very badly! Check under bedsides before new occupants enter , popcorn kernels were left from last occupants.

The Back Parking Lot!!!🥺😡.. The Back Needs Lightning and a Door were your Guests can use their keys to get in.. I didn’t like having to walk Both Night by myself in the Dark to the Front of the Building!!! So unsafe and I’ve Stayed at 2 Different Locations and it’s the same thing Not safe No lights long walk to the Front Door..😣😡

The cleanliness of the hotel

I had to call the front desk twice for more towels and toiletry. The breakfast bar could have a few more selections. The phone in my room didn't work at all

I liked that it was clean. but the air conditioner didn’t cool as much as I wanted it too.

Front desk staff for great! Room was quiet and nice and clean. We were there for only one night but it was perfect for us. Very close to Stone Mountain which was great.

Mainly wanted this hotel for the indoor pool, but it was just closed that day due to Covid. It had just recently reopened.
