Hampton Inn Atlanta-Stone Mountain

The beds and pillows were comfortable, there were no odors in the rooms and the air conditioning worked properly. The breakfast was also good.

There was a lot of construction going on which is understandable but the smell of paint on the first floor was very strong on arrival. we also only had 1 trash can in our room. We had to move it to the bathroom from out in the bedroom area. it would be nice to have 2 in each room. There also needs to be some sort of room darkening shade or curtain on the windows. It was hard to sleep with so much light coming in the room when the sun came up.

Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. Just needs some touching up. I am sure all these issues will be taken care of by the time I finish this review.

One of the rooms had a broken microwave handle and the closet door was torn off the wall leaving the sharp hinges exposed. The second room that we got the bathroom needed a complete makeover. Sink basin was cracked, toilet bowl had black scratch marks that looks like it was snaked, the shower was leaking and had stained walls, whoever did the tile work did not care about detail, looks like it was rushed. Never expect this from Hampton.

The Front Desk lady who checked us in was second-to-none! Amazing! Accommodating. An Ambassador for Hampton Inn, we missed the laser light show, and she helped soothe the disappointment with an upgrade and such encouraging words. The Face of Hilton/Hampton should be this kind woman. Sweet! As A Georgia Peach! Two Pillows Up! Way Up! Please take care of this lady, a gem!

Some bacon or sausage at breakfast, but delicious otherwise.

The staff was fabulous. Christian was working and was very accommodating. He is fantastic!

Across the hall, a group of very young people (probably in their 20’s) were having a big party. They were very loud until well after midnight. We had to get up at 3:30am to catch our flight. We got very poor sleep as a result. We did not ask front staff for help. We ended up turning on a white noise app to try to drown out the sound.

Very clean, you smell the Lysol when you enter the building but not in a bad way. Bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Couldn't turn the water off in the bathtub - constant drip but not annoying with the door closed. Overall this place and staff was excellent. I will book them again if I return to the area.

The beds are amazing. Sheets were nice and crisp. Great pillows.

The 50.00 hold when you check in. It is not listed in the Booking.com information for the Hotel. The room cleaning ladies started knocking on doors at 8 and and literally continued until we checked out. Note. Check out was not until 12 p.m. No one should have entered our room until then. They let themselves in.

It was very quiet, which is pretty important to us. Also the room was spacious and the bathroom not super tiny.

•Staff wasn't really communicative. No greeting, barely any talking unless asked a question •There was nobody at the breakfast station to assist, which was never the case. •Pool was closed, which shouldn't be a thing in the summer time😬🙄 Other than that everything was decent.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, Shower was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Loved that they give both a fridge and microwave. Wifi was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly.

There were multiple mosquitoes in the room. Luckily we keep our room very cold so they flocked to the bathroom where I was able to kill them. Our sink had a rancid smell the first night but it was gone by morning. They only give 3 pillows on the bed. There’s no where to hang towels and washcloths when you’re done with them. Overall it was a very good stay.

The area not much to do. Kinda boring area. Property clean.

My room was clean, sheets were clean, But the bathroom had a horrible smell, my towel weren’t clean, they were nicely folded but wet and dirty. Lol unbelievable. But the rest was good.
