The location. Spaciousness of apartment. Two bathrooms. Plenty of beds. Balcony furniture. Elevator when we needed it. Kitchen amenities. Multiple televisions. Bath soaps, shampoo, etc. Though we didn’t use, it was nice to have washer dryer available. Large dining tables, indoor and out.

There was no dish soap in the kitchen (we supplied), dirty dishes in the dishwasher, some kind of styrofoam mess on the floor in one of the bedrooms, uncomfortable couches in living room. Could have used some kitchen towels and potholders.

it was beautiful and appeared to be fairly well maintained.

the only negative I would have to give was the 2nd bathroom in terrace 3 needs work. the floors were a little spongy, tiles cracked, the shower head was teeny and even though the pressure was good, the flow was fairly sparse. definitely need some updated, nicer, bigger, shower heads.

Very little parking

Loved the water view of the ocean and the quietness. My hubby, grandchild and I had a beautiful time there.The place reminded me of my grandmother house in the carribean by the water..Nothing brand new in the place but everything was comfortable.The place was cleaned when we arrived and customer service was great.Also thank you security guard for helping us.we are coming back next year, If God willing.

One of the door knob do need to be adjusted. Parking tight but manageable.

View from first floor and room wasn't as clean as expected

Was looking for a low key (traffic) destination- it was on point!! Loved the terrace - clean, roomy, very accessible to beach within steps. View was moderate (but was on first floor) so not direct full beach view - absolutely loved this little town and front porch was so cozy roomy and awesome!

Parking was tight and limited to 1 vehicle. Not a problem for us. But, could be a deterrent. Wished we were on 2nd or 3rd level of the terrace for a better beach view. The first staff interaction - was told at 330p our accommodations were not ready and someone would call us at 4p with room keys. We sat at our terrace location until 430p (it appeared to be ready). Went back to check in station and had to wait 45 mins to get checked in finally - and that lady handed us our keys no problem said we’d be “checked in”. Was a little confused by that - finally got settled in around 530. Could use more staff for check in - since there was only 1 staff there at 4p and a several guests waiting in line to get checked in. As 3 others told to come back after 4p.

The dusty ceilings fan that you couldn't control the on off switch. The entire place could use a HIGH DUSTING. Need more cookie sheets. Had to call front desk for can opener they brought one from 1970..

bigger then u think. Was a nice place to stay with a family.

parking was very tight and a pain to get cars in and out. some of the lights either didn’t have lightbulbs or wasn’t plugged in and no where to be plugged in

The apartment was perfect for our family.

The parking space was difficult to maneuver, entering and leaving, because of a car parked along the side of the next building.

Close to beachfront. Staff very friendly. Great view of ocean. Very large unit. Easy access to apartment. Very comfort for just hanging around on a cold day.

Carpet in main area needed cleaning.
