The proximity to the beach. Available breakfast. I can't say too much because it rained all day on our main stay day. Restaurants are everywhere. Skillets is excellent. Sweet Al's is delicious.

We had a couple spider problems. Facility needs to have bug company out to spray. Bathroom is VERY small.

It's a motel with a make over. Only noise was from garbage truck in morning. Curtains blocked out most light. Had pickle ball courts. Pool. No smells. Nice shower. No crazy neighbors. I was worried by some of the reviews. Didn't need to.

They didn't redo the whole room. IE closet doors were old. Saw some some guys taking a mattress out of a room in front. Maybe some rooms under construction? Didn't hear any noise from that though. Tried to give me a bad room next to elevator. Changed me when I complained.

Had an exceptional breakfast, Chris was very friendly and helpful. Maid service was excellent

The door was left ajar by maids on one day, elevator went out , but was quickly fixed

Daily housekeeping and clean towels. There is a walking path to the beach across the road from the hotel. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable beds.

There is a stove in the photo when booking. 2 days before the trip, I sent a message asking if there would be a stove in my room. Haven't received an answer yet. There is no stove in the room, also a small refrigerator, which does not cool well. The pool is only open until 8.30pm. Pool towels were difficult to get. No one washes the floors in the room, it is impossible to walk barefoot.

Very clean quiet room on third floor July 4 week. Spacious king kitchenette. AC worked well. Hot shower with good pressure. Nice hot breakfast.

My kitchenette had no utensils, plates, pots. All the drawers and cabinets were totally empty. Thankfully I brought everything with me. Only one small elevator for the whole place. Prices were doubled July 4 week. I will never travel that week again.

1. I’m not a dog person. So I hate that it’s pet friendly because well.. germs. At least make certain rooms pet friendly. 2. However, my room was pretty clean and updated 3. Beds and pillows were comfy 4. Front desk lady was RUDE. Like wouldn’t even look at me. 5. The price.. I booked it last minute on Thursday night and it was reasonable. Went to book the next night because I wanted to stay a little longer after spending time at the beach all day and the price literally tripled due to Memorial Day weekend. 6. Breakfast sucked. I guess that had a lot to do with Covid. But they did have cereal and muffins.

The room was spacious and clean. I was very comfortable here.

The breakfast buffet has room for improvement. The dishes were very bland. The second morning of our stay, I waited in line 15 - 20 minutes for the waffle maker. I believe there were two there, but only one was operational. The batter ran out literally when it was my turn. Unfortunately, it was 10, and the attendant refused to get a cup of batter for me. Very disappointed. I'm sure the batter isn't made from scratch, and it would have been a simple task.

proximity to everything is awesome. Corina at front desk is a top notch client service oriented member of the staff - great suggestions for Hilton Head and Savannah. Truly a gift to the BW team

breakfast included on Sunday was perfect - hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles plus all the regular dishes, fruits, cereals and breads/pastries. Monday was not that - not even close. suggest advisory to clients that it’s very limited on weekdays or tell clients that warm breakfast only available for one hour. At least offer something other than cold, toasted or nuked

My son loves the pool. I like that it’s a couple minutes drive from the beach.

We had several large spiders enter our room through out our stay. However, the guy at the front desk was very kind and came up and killed it for us very late at night.

Great location.Comfortable room.Nice outdoor sitting area beside pool. Very good breakfast included. Off the beaten track but still within walking distance to o beach and shopping.

On checkout I asked for a copy of my bill. The receptionist stated that since we had booked through Booking that they would send me the invoice. I thought that this must be something new but alas the bill never came from Booking, so I attributed it to laziness on the part of that particular receptionist.
