Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins AFB

The location was great for our purpose, to visit Andersonville and The Mighty Eighth museums. Our room and the facility were very clean and comfortable.

The property was fine. However in our room, the light over our vanity and the hair dryer didn’t work, and the shower curtain was torn. Also, the ottoman next to the chair was badly stained. The breakfast was disappointing. Because the bed was comfortable, we managed because we had to be out traveling each day and it suited our purposes.

The head desk people was very friendly and courtesy and respectful. Breakfast was good, and housekeeping if you asked or made a request they did their best to make it happen. Overall if I'm in the area I would stay again.

Really understanding everything that's going on in the world recently with the Covid-19 and all for our safety and the staff as well everyone's health and safety was very important. Truly I really do not have any complaints I was satisfied 💯

Location was awesome. Near all mayor markets. EX: Walmart, Ross, Dollar Tree, Lowes, Home Depot, Marshalls, Goodwill and many fast food restaurants. Front desk staff was awesome. To have coffee and lemon water all day was to top off the stay.

Cleanliness of towels. Some were stained.

it was hard to fine if I need to be more visible on location. One of the front staff people was very rude & outside needs to have more lighting and the outside also is a little sketchy.

Comfortable beds with nice amenities and a great staff. The staff was even available at 1 in the morning when we got back from an event to get us fresh towels, which were still warm.

I loved the bed and pillows they were incredibly comfortable and the sheets and towels, super fresh and clean!

The breakfast. So plain and without options. It was basically the same item offered every morning and I stayed 6 nights! The only option I had for fresh fruit was the same bowl of bananas that we’re getting more ripe as days go by. I understand that due to Corona, Comfort Inn had to modify the menu but that doesn’t mean to lower their standards and offer the same items for 6 consecutive days. Please add more variety in your menu. By the way, you need a new waffle maker. The one available only gives you broken waffles that get stuck on the waffle machine, even if you use the spray to prevent that from happening.

Overall nice hotel. There were several cars that took up more than one spot, therefore it left very limited parking for other guests. But what I loved most was all the shopping that I was able to do and not have to drive anywhere!

The beds were a bit to firm for my liking.

Location location location!

There isn’t anything negative. I’m so glad I chose this hotel. I will stay here again. I felt very safe being that I was traveling alone and when I checked in and told the front desk reception that I was there visiting family and when I left they asked me how my stay was they actually remembered why I was there and what I was doing and who I was visiting which I thought was super nice. As a solo traveler it is very important that you feel safe and welcoming the entire time

Location was close to family and other necessities, such as restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores.

Several rooms were being cleaned after 6pm. It didn't cause a distraction but just seemed odd for that time of day.
