The location was perfect with everything so close by, the rooms were nice and clean.The breakfast was pretty decent I absolutely loved the coffee bar and having free water .

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to check into my room until after 4pm because I wasn't available. I think I should be given a discount for my inconvenience. Also I didn't like the fact that I could feel the springs in the bed making it very uncomfortable.

Hotel provided boxed breakfast because COVID. Good step in the right direction to provide an amenity while social distancing. I’m vegetarian and they offered boxes with no eggs. Coffee was available and good. Place is kept clean and I really liked that! Scheduling a room cleaning was simple!

Several patrons walked around with no masks. Staff didn’t enforce mandate (clearly posted) for mask wear. In this town, defying mask wear is prevalent so I get the staff not risking an issue correcting the rogue patrons. Wish they could have though. Walls are thin and I slept next to the loudest snorer in the place - affected my sleep at least 3 nights; not the hotels fault he/she was loud 😊

Not only was the hotel nice, spacious, n comfortable..as I was checking in I was on the phone with my brother discussing important matters about my father. I know how it is to try helping a customer when they’re talking on the phone..I asked my brother to hold on to complete my transaction...I apologized and explained to the front desk that my father was dying of cancer. The staff was very sympathetic, but what impressed me more was the fact that the front door made sure I was well taken care of. I came down for breakfast every morning, and when I got down there they remembered what I ate for breakfast and had it prepared for me. Not only that, everyday they had a snack/water package ready for me as I headed out to the hospital to see my father.. this staff made it a little easier for me everyday. I will be staying at this hotel going forward...I just wanted the staff to know how much I appreciated them and to say thank u

The selection of food was outstanding and the woman who was in charge of everything was excellent. She was helpful and made sure everyone who came in knew what and where everything was.

I thought the room charge was excessive for a pet.

great facility

we asked for additional wash clothes and went back to the front desk 3x kept getting told different answers. Eight hrs later they finally delivered towels but without any wash clothes.

The cleanliness of the room was unmatched in my opinion. I felt very comfortable and at home almost immediately with the set up and niceness of the staff.

It isn't cheap, but it's worth it.

Location

Had a beautiful outside fireplace with a gas heater and lights but was closed due to COVID. I feel they could just hang a sign and limit the amount of people. They didn’t have to close the whole thing down— disappointing. It was freezing when we were there and we didn’t want to just sit in our room but we had no choice ☹️

The property is in a good location, it is clean and in walking distance to stores.

On the 4th floor, there was a foul smell in the hallway and the elevator area.

breakfast - we came at 8:45, so half way through their allotted time, very few times out, the biscuits and scrambles were still frozen on the inside
