Holiday Inn Express & Suites Perry-National Fairground Area, an IHG Hotel

Check in Staff was excellent as well as the room, very clean. Bedding was nice & the pillows great. Fridge, as well as coffee maker with pods in the room. Nice size bathroom. The Area was safe and well lit. Didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool but was a Very nice stay!

Bed was a little too firm. Breakfast was ok, not sure what kind of meat the sausage was 😳 & eggs tasted as though they were powdered? There was no bacon, pancakes ok but did offer some fruit, cereal yogurt, pastries. Not the greatest breakfast but the staff working the breakfast area, very nice & helpful. Would stay again.

The hotel breakfast buffet offering has everything you can think of. The 2 mornings we were there, they had turkey sausage instead of bacon. We loved the "make your own pancake maker". Most of all we just fell in love wth Nina, the lady overseeing the dining room. She was so helpful, pleasant, and went above and beyond what I'm sure her position descriptions called for. She can teach a course in "5 Star Rating of Customer Service". She sure made up for what was missing/lacking in the Housekeeping Section.

When we entered our room, the first thing that hits you is the smell. It did not smell clean and it didn't look clean. The carpet looks old and you can see the areas the vacuum bristles had touched. It did not get a total sweeping. In fact, I picked up a dirty plastic fork dropped between the night stand and the side of the bed. If he/she gave the room a total cleaning, he/she would've found the dirty fork. To be fair, the sheets were fresh and clean. The bathroom was "sorta clean". Here you can tell as well that the toilet was not totally cleaned, only the inside of the bowl was cleaned and the sink.

The folks who work here were super nice and willing to help in any way they could. The hotel was super clean and bright. The pool was closed for the season but looked delightful and well thought out (bathroom, showers, lounge chairs.) There was a nice amount f grass out side the hotel and, the holiday decorations were super cute. One of the nicest Holiday Inns we have stayed in.

The location was great! Taco Bell, Hardee's and gas stations were right there in walking distance. Oh my this place is so beautiful! Our room was sooo clean and smelled soo good!! We had a double queen beds and they were so comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay! When I come back to Fort Valley, GA this will be the place to stay!!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The woman with blonde hair who worked in the breakfast area was so intentional to say ‘good morning’ to everyone as they came in the food area. She offered to help a lady carry her food up to her room because her hands were full. She was just super nice and had a great personality. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I’m so glad I chose this hotel.

the AC wasn’t working probably, I like it cool around 65 at night. I set the thermostat for 65 & woke up hot , the AC went to 74 & now it won’t come on. it continued to go on & off. No exhaust blower in bathroom, maybe this is the new normal?

I was met with a smile and greetingd as soon as I walked in the lobby! The staff was fantastic and so was the facility. I enjoyed the amenities and the breakfasts. I will be using Holiday Inn Express in Perry if I have to travel that way again. My experience was AWESOME!

We stay here every time on our commute between home and Florida.

No issues. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They turned us on to the Swanson. A great local spot for dining!

Breakfast was great! I try to eat low carb and I was afraid it would be a problem, but the egg white veggie omelette were delicious!

I would prefer a vent in the bathroom so it doesn’t get so steamed up from the shower.
