Rooms very clean and comfortable all amenities were very nice and complimentary breakfast was very nice, overall very nice place to stay.

Once we settled in our room upstairs occupants / children started to jump and run around in their room and front desk called but occupants were still running around and jumping, front desk were kind enough to move us into another room on third floor rest of evening was peaceful.

The overall look and feel of the hotel was excellent. Very well taken care of with a very helpful and friendly staff. The room was much larger than expected and the bed was so comfortable. We got a great nights sleep

Original room had a constant drip in the tub that was not fixed from previous people. They put the tub stopper up and when I was given the room the tub was half full. Obviously, the cleaning staff did not do much in this room. I had to go all the way back to the front desk, carting my luggage, to get another room. I am disabled and it was difficult. But the lady at the front desk was pleasant.

I called to see if I could get an early check in. They told me there was no rooms available and that check in time was 3PM. Once I got there at 3PM due to the internet I couldn’t check in right now and to come back later. I wasn’t able to check in my room until 6:30PM! They were completely unprofessional about it. I asked to speak the manager and was told he (Ken Patel) would be calling me. He didn’t reach out to me or return any of my phone calls.

The rooms were clean and easy to find. The staff was very nice and sweet and made sure I had everything. I had a problem but she made sure my problem was fix and made me feel comfortable.

I found one dead bug in my room, but other than that the room was clean. The staff was sweet enough to let me change into a new room.

Easy luggage buggy location and quick check in.

I felt like my room was not as clean as it should be and the previous guests soap bar and hair product was still in the shower when I arrived. Other than that the furniture located inside the room could’ve been put to better use everything was so spread out and I’m not a fan of hardwood floors in a hotel room

Very clean and secure. Staff did very well with breakfast.

Pool was closed with very little explanation, (“open from 4 p and 10 p.”)Stayed for five days and never had towels changed out. Was told I could pay in cash and when I went to close out bill already charged my card!

Great location and I like to no carpet floors in the rooms

I didn’t like as you walk in the front, the carpet was not clean and sometimes that gives a first impression of the cleanest of the building However it was ok

Beds were quite comfortable, but a little too high. I'm only 5' tall so had to go buy a step-stool so we could get into our beds. It was quite a comedy routine the first night.

Pool was open but over chlorinated; fumes burned eyes...even in hallway outside pool area.
