SpringHill Suites by Marriott Rexburg

The front desk clerk was super friendly & efficient. Our room was easy to access & super CLEAN! We’ve stayed at other Marriott hotels so it was my first choice when planning this trip. The only negative I can make is that there was no food at the continental breakfast either day we were here-there were several families staying there with lots of kids & they dominated the food area. We also noticed a couple people carrying food from our hotel back to the hotel next door. Wasn’t a big deal for us as we were able to drive into town to eat. Overall, we’re pleased with our stay here!

Great location for easy access to the freeway and surrounding tourist locations. Staff was friendly and was willing to address our concerns.

Because we needed ADA, our kind room was changed to 2 queens the morning of our arrival without confirmation. We decided to go back to the king, but the room was not easy to navigate for a disability. Breakfast was so so.

Staff was helpful and friendly, great with helping with our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. They kept everything well stocked and fresh. Nice selection of breakfast items. The location was perfect. We had a great stay!

It was a great location. Very clean and comfortable.

The television wasn’t centered for anyone to see it. it faced the wall that separated the sitting area Ana sleeping area. So you can’t really see it no matter where you sit. The toilet and shower were in completely separate areas, which wasn’t a deal breaker, just strange and inconvenient.

the only complaint I have is the pool. the first day we were there, we tried to go swimming but they had put too many chemicals in the hot tub that we couldn’t get it. It would sting my skin

We like that check out time was12 noon. We were able to swim with the kids prior to check out time. We didn’t have to be in a hurry to leave and took our time to enjoy breakfast and a swim.

Have the two waffle machines a little further apart it was to congested with many people trying to cook their waffles and just not enough arm room.

Beautiful property! Very clean and comfortable. Our room was HUGE!! Very nice for a family. The pool was nice.

There's hardly any chairs at the pool, so I sat on the ground while I watched the kids. Definitely need more chairs.

Front desk man, Jackson is an asset to the hotel, helpful, great personality, smart. Out of the way, across from railroad. Restaurant, within 20 yards of hotel is amazingly good.

Hotel rooms are chic, lots of glass doors,downside the glass doors are bathroom doors, when u get up at night,everyone else is awake. Light illuminates the room. Not good. Would not stay again.

Always so clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were open! The suites are so roomy, beds and pillows are a dream!

Cold breakfast with minimal options still, hot tub not very hot, and there was no option for early check in but they let us leave our bags at the desk until check in time which was helpful!

Jacob at the front desk is exceptional

breakfast is a little lacking they can’t keep enough food out for guests during breakfast hours. they run out to quickly and then it takes a long time to replenish.
