Comfort Inn Idaho Falls

I am always concerned when reserving rooms online...you never know what you're going to get. But in this case, from check-in to check-out, everything was great! The staff is very personable and eager to answer questions I had. They accommodated my request to be near a door (husband can't walk far) this also made parking and walking our dogs (for me) very convenient! The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. The full breakfast was a bonus with a good variety of items to choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay in Idaho Falls.

Nice staff, clean room, complementary breakfast, quiet, reasonable price. Ideal for a short stop-over.

From the outside the building and the place, directly beside the highway entrance, isn't to attractive, but once walked in all is fine!

Nothing I didn't like The first impression though was off putting due to location and the look outside. Was pleasantly surprised once we entered our room upgrades were upto date and very comfortable Thank you

We like Comfort Inn for the price, comfort and location.

We were woke up at 11:30 pm by a call from the office that we had to come down and check in as the computer showed that we weren't. My husband check us in physically around 8:00 pm and had a receipt. This was not acceptable to the front desk so he got dressed and went down to recheck in. Needless to say we were not very happy about this situation. Never has this ever came up in the past.

They had a nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was nice - 2 waffle makers, scrambled eggs plus all the usual. We would definitely stay again.

Getting to the motel was a little tricky - on a side road that looked like an alley. Parking was ok but only on one side of the building.

Check in was fine except the first set of key cards would not work. Room was clean but on the second floor with no elevator.

Needed to use the washer and dryer. Laundry room was dirty and cluttered. No soap vending machines so I did not use. The machines were being used but they were noisy and old. I did notice going up the stairs to the second floor the stairs needed to be vacuumed as they were dirty.

What I did like was the front desk staff. I always stay at this establishment when I am in Idaho Falls and they remember my name.

Only thing I didn't like is they had people staying there on weekly or monthly basis. The cleaning staff is a little early to get to cleaning and check out time is 11am. They knocked on the door and I yelled and said I am still here. They did not here me and they opened the door and I said I'm still here. The lady could have come in and seen something she probably wouldn't like to see.

not a large dog run. didn’t know about the non refundable dog deposit and for each dog very dissatisfied about that

parking and morning staff. They were not wanting to stay on top of the breakfast items.

safe & clean! great for women traveling alone or anyone traveling w a dog (they gave us doggy treats when we checked in). right off the interstate if ur traveling on the road.
