Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Crystal Lake, IL

The room was very spacious, with 2 pack n plays there was still room to run around for the kids. Everything was very clean. Fridge was very helpful. The hotel has a pool (pretty small) but we did not use it. Very quiet room, we did not hear any neighbors so sound proofing seems to be good (or, we were lucky) . Easy drive to our planned activities in Volo and Marengo.

Some rooms are undergoing renovations, so keep that in mind if you plan to relax / nap during the day. Breakfast was average at best. Waffles tasteless, oatmeal with too much water the first day (ok the next). Only fruit were red waxed apples.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast very much. The assortment of food was excellent. The biscuits and gravy were a highlight. Also, the location was perfect for the wedding we attended Saturday evening. Loved the recent remodeling which we were told was done about a year ago. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and our room was spacious. Everything we could have wanted.

It was so clean the staff was so nice and respectful into my kids they made us feel like we were home this was the best hotel I ever been in the breakfast was amazing the room was so clean the staff was so nice and helpful just thank you so much country and I will be back soon

The only thing I did not like that there was some rude guess but other than that this hotel was the best

I thought that the front desk staff was very friendly and they have made some updates since my last stay, several years ago. The room temperature was comfortable and the location was perfect to see family and friends.

The only problem I had was the bed. It was so uncomfortable. The bed sheets and linens also need to be updated.

Rate a 10 4stars very clean and great customer service the breakfast bar was awesome so many choices and the pool was great temperature rooms are spacious and bed comfortable entire facility very clean and well maintained will visit again and recommend anyone to stay here for a visit to the area

The staff is friendly and helpful! This was my second time staying and more than likely won't be the last. I would like to see the Jacuzzis updated and the bed frame updated and more options for breakfast. I can't eat pork and one morning all they had was a Western omelet and potato pancakes. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was wonderful! So I enjoyed my birthday visiting family. Oh, and the refrigerators are too small! I couldn't put anything in the pocket! Please get the mini-refrigerators with the freezer on top. Your guest will definitely appreciate the convenience of being able to store ice cream or a tv dinner!

Loved it so much, we booked an additional night! It literally is very much a home away from home. All of the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure all guests have a phenomenal stay. I would not change a thing!

Absolutely nothing about this location. I am angry with myself for not taking pictures to show how awesome this hotel is from a guests point of view!!

We did not book a quiet room as the questionaire indicates. We did request a pet friendly room. The desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We would stay here again and recommend.

Breakfast was a bit under par. Some items were not attractive looking and the coffee pots/thermoses need to be replaced.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants around! The pool and workout rooms were opened and well maintained!

The hotel and staff were really welcoming, accomodating, and friendly. The breakfast could have been a little better. (more hot, fresh choices, fewer packaged items)
