Ramada by Wyndham Glendale Heights/Lombard

The room was very nice and the breakfast was amazing as well. We had a King Size bed and it was very comfortable. When my partner got out of the bed, I couldn't feel him get out. The breakfast was good but there wasn't alot of seats available when I want to eat so I had to sit in the lobby on the couch , but that is not something I disliked because I was away from everybody. Parking was good and even though the elevator was out, my room was next to it so that was a benefit. The customer service was amazing as well and they even went the extra mile to check my room when I left to ensure I didn't leave anything. I will definitely check this hotel out again in the future.

The breakfast is always excellent. They had run out of the large paper plates so couldn't get the pancakes that I love as they wouldn't fit on the available plates but still one of he best breakfasts places I have ever ate at in area hotels which is why I always make this the hotel I stay in when I come to the area.

Got told to get to my room from an elevator that caused me to have to walk a lot further than I should have if I would have used the other set of elevators and being handicapped that was a little tough but it was okay I make it.

I've stayed at this Ramada several times. It's very conveniently located: close to the interstate, far enough away from downtown where I can still move around (and pop in Target or Walmart) while still having free parking and free breakfast. There is some of the typical Chicago traffic during rush hour, but the traffic is also lower than right by the airport hotels. It's a great value, and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't need to be within walking distance of the tourist locations downtown.

The elevators were broken the last time I stayed here.

We only needed to sleep there so we arrived late. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was great!

They had an area where you could buy drinks or snacks. They were selling those Flavor ice pops that you can buy at Dollar tree for $1.25 for 18 count. They were selling ONE single one for $2.00!!!! That to me is ridiculous. That means they would be getting $36 for something you can buy at Dollar tree for $1.25! I understand businesses wanting to make money but that isn't the way to do it!

The location was perfect for my stay. The room was quiet and I was never bothered.

Check in was extensively longer than I am accustomed to at the numerous other hotels I have stayed at. The room was small, the bed was broken down on one side. I did not like that doors would not stay open (bathroom), there was no bath mat so I had to use a bath towel.

Great location. 30 min from airport. King room was very big and clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was good. Excellent complementary breakfast for the price we paid. Overall satisfactory!

We were at 3rd flood. Rooms and corridors didn’t spell good at all. Although the reception area and 1st floor was fine. 3 bulbs in the room were not working or missing.

Convenient location. Quiet.

I had to chase down clean towels every single day of my four-day stay. My second night there when I asked housekeeping whether they were going to celan my room and especially empty wastebaskets and provide clean, dry towels I was told they were short-staffed and no, I was not going to get clean towels. The young man on the desk did bring me towels, and promised housekeeping would service my room the next day. They did not. Refusing to provide even a basic level of cleanliness, hygiene, and service is defintely NOT how to encourage people to consider staying for more than one night.

Easy to reach from the airport by car and then to go downtown into Chicago it was easy from one of the local train stations. This worked well for us, so if you want good 'value for money' accommodation then you won't go wrong with this hotel. Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel. Plenty to choose from, cooked on site and more than sufficient to start your day!

Nothing stands out.

I liked the air conditioning adjustment feature that was easy to use. It was at 63 degrees when i first arrived and the room felt refreshing. Later in the night I changed it to 69 degrees and it was perfect to sleep in because the air conditioner would only turn on about once every three hours which was comftorable to sleep thru in the very comftorable king bed I rested in.

Everything was great for my likings.

could change the curtains , from the outside it could look questionable due to the conditions of the curtains but really a nice room.
