Fairfield Inn and Suites Chicago Lombard

This property is well maintained and does exceptional work to keep it up to date. The rooms are clean and the beds are fresh. The breakfast was exceptional. I loved the croissant with egg and sausage, hot oats with a variety of fresh condiments, tea, coffee neatly arranged and always stocked. The attendants are always cleaning, refilling and taking care of the food. During check-in I was asked how many times I wanted room service to clean my room. Located in Lombard, it is very cost effective considering the prices in downtown Chicago. There are so many restaurants nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay. My 16 month baby girl loved it.

The traffic in downtown Chicago was horrible. The highways (Eisenhower) and others was not at all a highway I was driving at 10 miles due to the traffic. It is a 25 min commute to downtown but well worth the price.

Food was good. Nice variety. Loved the eggs in package Staff especially housekeeping friendliest and most helpful!! Clean clean clean!!

the sheer curtains needed badly to be replaced, but this did not detract from my excellent stay! . Eating area could be expanded to accommodate all the guests. Everything else great!!

Gabriela went the distance when my booking was not complete on the end of booking.com ends. After 1 hour and half of waiting and late to a wedding, she fixed everything. She went above and beyond for her guess.

Booking.com didn't send confirmation to the hotel, which hindered the stay. We received confirmation number and pin, the hotel did not

Lisa and the young girl who checked us in was so hospitable and always smiling. I must say everyone was friendly and helpful during our stay.. Fairfield has been our favorite place since our first stay on a business trip 8 years ago. The best surprise is NO surprise. Clean and comfortable and always a delight.

The breakfast was very nice - I liked the hot entrees - eggs, bacon, turkey and pork sausage. I liked the fresh melon, oranges, and bananas. The staff serving the breakfast were very attentive to refill items as needed.

Throughout my 8 day stay, even though the signs for masks to be worn were posted, I saw only two staff who wore masks. I was very surprised and VERY disappointed.

Stayed there for a festival for 3 days. Place was clean Value was good. Close proximity to the venue Check in was fast

Housekeeping never came around once in the 3 day span. It didn't kill the experience, though.

The hospitality at Fairfield was wonderful. First and foremost the room was clean and me and my girlfriend was able to get fresh towels for the bathroom. And also the pool/ spa area was wonderful to go and relax your body. It was very therapeutic.

Breakfast was good, but I wish they would have had bacon. Our room was excellent. Clean and a good size. The bed was FANTASTIC! I did not want to get out. They have a pool, but it is really small. Easy access to 355.

I wish the hot tub would have been working. The temp of the pool was OK, but I was looking forward to a nice soak to rest sore muscles and that just didn't happen. Kind of wish they would have posted that somewhere on the site.

Always friendly staff. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent even with the limitations caused by the virus. I stay there a lot and before the virus the breakfast was the best I had ever had during my travels.

Nothing the hotel could do about it just looking forward to when the hot tub is open again. Wish the price was a little lower but still for the area it is a good value. Some noise from the road I normally hadn't heard but did wake me a couple of times which was unusal.

Hotel was located close to the motorway (convenient but noisy) Breakfast was OK There are some eating options nearby if you miss breakfast... If you like running there is Great Western Trail - convenient for longer run or going on bike
