Me and my family have been traveling to this hotel for quite a few years rooms are almost always clean
Key cards to the rooms kept not working to many unattended kids took over the pool and staff not doing anything about it kids running up and down hallways all throughout the night and staff not as friendly as usual hallways smell like weed off and on and so much more but not really worth the fuss

The ground floor made it very easy to get to the pool. The room was comfortable for a family of four. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. The provided breakfast was good.
The rug was very dirty. My daughter dropped slime on the floor and picked up all kinds of stray hair and pieces of trash. The pool water was freezing in August and the pool walls were yellow.

The rooms where excellent. No ice machines, only one by the entrance. Breakfast bar was not well stocked Trash all over the grounds and only cleaned up the day we left 5 says later Outside doors are locked until 7:30. So if you gout to your car you have to walk all the way to the front of the motel. Most of the help was friendly and courteous, certain morning ho hum. Over all we did enjoy our stay.

The room was overall clean, smelled clean, somebody didn't clean the grape Jam off of ghetto bed railing at the bottom, I do my normal check for critters like I do every hotel and there was grape jelly! Overall good price for the quality everything else was clean and comfy.

Great price for the value, included breakfast was very good. Loved that had they had the option of a hot tub inside the room in this price range. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Staff was very courteous and patient when dealing with difficult guests.
There was only one staff and in the morning a cleaning staff on the whole building. A lot of arguing from difficult guests, making the area feeling tense.

I didn’t like that they held me hostage for $100 for 7 fricken days bc of the incidentals hold on my debit card…. It usually shouldn’t take more than a few business days to be reimbursed…but lesson learned. I’ll just use cash next time…smh

Staff was courteous and the hot tub was great. Bed was very comfortable. Very close to great restaurants and activities!
There’s no vent in the room after using the hot tub or shower and it gets very hot in the room. Used the laundry facilities but the dryer wasn’t working properly and took over 5 times to dry clothes and they were still damp.

The only thing I didn't like was that we used up the hot water and it was only able to fill the hottub once a day because the water wouldn't warm up anymore.

when I called to book, staff mentioned pool was opened from 10am-10pm. But when I went sign said it was open until 9pm. if their hours changed, it’ll be good to be informed right.
