SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Southwest at Burr Ridge Hinsdale

This was transit - unfortunately we could not spend the night as our flight got delayed by more than 8 hours but the person at the front desk was very helpful and supportive.

While this is not a reasonable request -- we got delayed by more than 8 hours due to weather related flight delays. We only stayed at the hotel for 3 hours t- grab a shower and then be on our way. It would nice courtesy on the part of the hotel to either provide some form of financial relief or at least equivalent points.

Location was great for our activities in the area. Breakfast & the pool. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Minor things - It is a bit dated. Upon our arrival, our room was out of body wash, low on tissue & tp, but housekeeping staff were helpful in making it right.

I liked the area where the hotel was located. Pretty quiet and clean neighborhood.

I didn’t like that no one answered the phone at the reception desk after 10pm. I got lost and was trying to reach someone at the hotel for directions but was unsuccessful in getting someone to answer. I eventually found the hotel but was really close to give up since I was traveling with tired children. I also didn’t like that the breakfast was the same everyday. Wished they had more variety.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful with answering questions we had, and helping us with getting door stops, tape, etc. Lobby smelled nice, breakfast was good. The beds were extremely comfortable!

The layout of the connecting rooms was very poorly planned. The connecting doors opened right up to the kitchenette, so you could not use it while those doors were open. The lighting in the rooms were also very, very dim.

so helpful and polite. We have stayed in numerous hotels in the last 2 years (through CoVid) and mostly found hotels were falling into a lazy, careless mentality. Springhill, on the other hand, was friendly, helpful, and all the amenities were up and running! Great!

Location was perfect distance to Brookfield Zoo. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Hotel was very clean. I liked that they had a sign in sheet for the pool usage and only allowed a certain amount of people inside the pool at a time. The breakfast area was so clean and breakfast was fresh and Hot.

I have no complaints

Clean and well kept hotel. They honored my room request and I had 2 quiet nights for sleeping. Breakfast was outstanding and pool was clean and not crowded. I will be returning back to this hotel on my next trip.

location was great. I liked how you could schedule appointments for the gym so people could still use facility.

I think it's weird the TV is in the middle of the room, but the way it's placed you can't see it from the bed area or the lounge area. It also was bolted down so I couldn't move it.

Good location right off 55. Close to train stations for travel into Chicago. Clean room. It was nice having two sinks.

Breakfast was just ok, not great. Layout of the room was kind of weird but we were just there to sleep so not a big deal for us.

I am very hesitant when it comes to hotels. This one was great. Very clean and friendly. I traveled with kids and this place was an excellent choice.

It was not a hot breakfast just a grab and go even though booking .com said otherwise. Pool was closed.
