owner was extremely nice

tall white front desk lady for am shift flirted with my boyfriend when she thought I wasn’t around, she was always on her cell phone arguing with someone about a personal matter instead of doing her job. furniture had not been moved to be deep cleaned behind in a very long time. found a Dr Pepper bottle that was extremely dusty. that’s the only way we knew that the room had not been deep cleaned in forever.

price and the location were excellent Food was satisfactory

Price was high. The security is not good. at 3 am some guy was outside prowling around in the darn parking lot. Water in shower on 3rd floor was LUKE WARM . BTW the desk guy at night was helpful but he couldn't explain why I needed to pay a 50 dollar deposit

Having to use the microwave in the lobby wish there was one in my room. I hate how the Baymont system works if you extend your stay you have to check out and check back in and repay the security deposit every time you extend the stay

The Staff was amazing! it’s a small place with limited staff but they were just outstanding - very friendly and very helpful, accommodating and I can’t say enough about the housekeeping staff too (there were 2 women - blonde and a red curly hair (possibly pink, I forget) - they were everywhere and helped me at breakfast time, with extra coffee in room, etc. super nice!

the outside/hallways and elevator are old and run down but the rooms were nice and clean and spacious so it made up for outer sections

Privacy was nice. No one bothered me. I recommend staying there to anyone that's an area. It's a good bargain for the money. I stayed there for two nights on a holiday weekend for less than $150 with tax.

Everything was fine. There wasn't anything that actually upset me or anything.

Some notable updates have been done. The walk in showers are are above par for the handicapped.

The elevator didn’t work. Room had non vacuumed look. Peanuts behind the TV. I put in new batteries in the TV remote to be able to change channels.

Need different breakfast every day is the same over and over and over weekly bi-weekly monthly by monthly that's the biggest issue

We did like the breakfast very much.

At first they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, but then we got a cleaned one, they were really nice about that, the door was a bit hard to open, but then that might of been good..............

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

It's a bargain hotel and you have to accept that. They have tried to make improvements eg. new paint, new flooring, etc., however the hotel still shows signs of age.

Friendly staff, I was greeted with a smile very welcoming. Housekeeping was good. The peace in the hotel was great. I was very well pleased. Thank you
